It includes a living room with equipped kitchen, dining table, television and a large bay window overlooking a 100 m² garden with pergola, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and shower. 2 bedrooms: one on the ground floor (140 cm bed) and one upstairs (140 cm bed + 90 cm bed). Garage with washing machine. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. WIFI - PARKING - END OF STAY CLEANNING AND LINENS MANDATORY (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels)

Calme et à proximité immédiate de l'océan

Maison très agréable en fond d'impasse, au calme, juste derrière les dunes, à 20m de l'accès à la plage. Une chambre indépendante en plain-pied et une belle grande chambre en mezzanine fermée. Le centre de Ste Marie est à 2km, le Carrefour Contact à 2,6km, accessibles à pied ou à vélo. Idéalement situé pour visiter l'île, jouer au tennis (club Ré Tennis à 2km), nager, courrir, profiter! Échanges avec l'agence très pro et accès autonome à l'entrée et à la sortie par boîte à clé. Nous recommandons!
