About this property

Awesome Location!! A Ocean Front Condo Awaits your arrival!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo awaits you. Located at the perfect location on CB. Quiet Section of Carolina Beach but only a few minutes to the pier or downtown. We also have our own private walkway straight to the ocean. Incredible Ocean View from our large deck and living room. You wont be disappointed. We will strive to make your stay enjoyable and we hope you have great memories after your stay. We want to earn great reviews.

We have a queen sized bed in the master bedroom along with its own private full bathroom. In the 2nd bedroom, we have a Twin Bed along with a bunk bed that has a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. Another full size bathroom is located off the hall way.

We are a quick 15 minute walk along the beach to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and all of its restaurants, bars, live music and carnival rides. In the other direction, a 15 minute walk takes you to the North End Fishing Pier. Just a a block away, we also have a small grocer and Java Shop. Once again, Location, Location, Location...

Condo Amenities:

The condo has a washer and dryer, and we provide bath towels and linens for your convenience.

Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, and all the utensils.

We have a Smart TV that you can cast your favorite programming over your phone or CPU.

We also have Free WiFi!

**PLEASE** This is a top floor unit. It has no elevator and you must be able to walk up four flights of stairs.

Maximum Occupancy is 5 at all times unless approved in writing by management. Any violations will forfeit deposit and you will vacate the unit immediately.

Fantastic ocean views from deck. Private ocean access. Condo is tastefully decorated. Fresh flowers on arrival. Beds were comfortable. WiFi, tv, and hvac worked great. I could even get some WiFi bars on the beach. Stairs weren’t too bad - six 7 stair flights (internally located) with large landings every 14 steps. Host contacted me when unit was ready so able to access over an hour early. Super considerate!!

If you want a condo just steps from the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean from the large deck and living area, then book this property. My husband and I rented it for 2 weeks and found it to be very comfortable, quiet and perfectly located for long walks on the beach. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrella but there is a closet on the ground level stocked with an assortment of toys, chairs, etc. The condo is about a 10-minute walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. Jason was very helpful with suggestions of where to eat and points of interest. Our overall experience was truly exceptional.

This was the perfect location to have access to the beach and also quickly get to restaurants, shops and the boardwalk area! Jason was very prompt in responding to any inquiries we had!(It is up on top floor with lots of stairs) worth it if you want the view
