Nuestra unidad del segundo piso tiene la mejor vista del sur en Coral Surf. Te hará querer parar todo y mirar el espectacular océano Atlántico. Nuestra unidad completamente renovada incluye cocina nueva y 2 baños completos. Los 2 dormitorios y la sala de estar abierta son lo suficientemente amplios como para alojar a 6 personas. Estarás a poca distancia del hermoso paseo marítimo, tiendas y restaurantes de Carolina Beach. Hay un acceso privado a la playa y piscina. Para su comodidad, todas las sábanas están incluidas. Llama hoy para disfrutar de este hermoso destino. Estacionamiento designado para 1-2 vehículos. No mascotas, absolutamente No fumar en ningún lugar de las instalaciones, no hay ascensor.

Gorgeous view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen, extra sheets, blankets and towels, and lots of included necessities. The hosts are very personable, helpful and responsive.

This unit was clean and the location was great. Easy access to the beach, an easy walk to the Boardwalk and restaurants. All our supply needs were met. Easy and timely communication with the owners. Nice sunrise and sunsets.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We also enjoyed that there were so many places, between restaurants, bars, the boardwalk and stores, within walking distance. This was literally the most relaxing vacation spot we have ever been to, and we felt completely at home.

Everything we wanted was provided in a beautiful, very well maintained condo. The location was perfect, not only for the fabulous view, but for all of the close merchants. Walking easily for everything we wanted, we were not even tempted to get in the car and drive anywhere. We highly recommend you give Tim a hollar if you are planning a stay at Carolina beach!

Perfect Vacation Spot

The moment we arrived, we felt right at home with personally meeting Mr. Hogan. The view is unbelievable, the location is close to everything, and the ease of getting to the pool and beach is perfect. We have no complaints and can’t wait to come back next year. (We also really appreciated the koozies and use them all the time!)

Hogan’s Place was perfect for our vacation with 2 couples. Having the 2 beautiful bedrooms with their own connected baths was great and quite unique. The condo was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The view of the beach and ocean was incredible! It was so nice to have Tim and his wife meet us upon arrival to walk us through the condo and discuss things to do. They were the best hosts we could imagine! Highly recommend for a delightful beach getaway and we will definitely be back!

Great little condo

My friend and I really enjoyed staying here while exploring Carolina Beach. The location couldn’t have been better. The view was beautiful. It was clean and had everything we needed plus extras. The owners were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hogan condo! The view was spectacular and sitting on the balcony everyday was relaxing and enjoyable during our stay! Fabulous stay at this beautiful, clean, well equipped beach house on the ocean!

Our stay at Hogan's Place was perfect! The views, location, cleanliness and comforts of this home were exceptional! We enjoyed walking and relaxing on the beach and it was close to shops and restaurants. Our hosts were great and communicated everything clearly. The Hogan's have been a part of the Coral Surf family for over nearly forty years. First used as a vacation spot for weekly vacations for several years in the 1980's, and now after falling in love with the area, the Hogan's are full time residents of Wilmington.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

One of the many benefits of staying in Coral Surf is the fact that being located on the southern part of the island allows for a less congested more relaxing stay compared to the seemingly narrow confines of the northern end. Also, Coral Surf has only 13 units, compared to some of the other bigger Condominiums on Carolina Beach, the whole atmosphere is welcoming and quieter and feels like you are vacationing in your own private resort.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The second floor unit is normally the most popular, you have a great view of the beach and only have two flights of stairs. Most second floor units usually have a unit above them on the third floor, our unit at Coral Surf, however, is very unique in that there is no unit above. This allows for the best of all worlds, a great view, only two flights of stairs, and maybe the best of all, peace and quiet because there is no unit above to cause annoying noise.
