Easy check in and out. Good location on the highway. Underground parking garage. Not the best place for trailer parking.
Condo was fine, but not as advertised. While ski hill views were promised, a highway one was received. Check-in process was not clear, no email was received prior to arriving. A follow up note had to be sent to gain access. Accessing the wifi was a similar experience. Overall we enjoyed are trip, but the lack of up front communication and the not as advertised view took away from the experience.
Overall stay was good nice bed comfortable cleanliness wise OK a few things need repair like kitchen faucets was loose moved around.
Fire alarms went off at 9:15 on Tuesday night so out of condo for 45 minutes .
Tried to get in touch with someone to book an extra night couldn’t so we had to rent a motel room at double the money. I have the condo overall stay was OK.

Ski trip to Fernie
We booked in with VRBO which was fine and easy. After that, the hidden charges started coming… VRBO shows a damage deposit in the listing but then fantastic stay / superhog charge a fee to wave their damage deposit. One would think that all the fees that are collected over time would amount to a unit that was in better shape than this one. There is a lot of wear and tear!
It appeared clean on the surface but the bathrooms had mold around the tubs, the tiles desperately needed the grout cleaned, and after a simple sweep on the floor on day one I picked up so much dust and debris. The pool and hot tub also needed some serious cleaning! They only had all in one shampoo / body wash in the showers (which were so dilute that they were basically water).
Also, beware the furnace in the second bedroom is very loud. Every time it started it woke our kids up.
Being in Fernie and close to the ski hill was nice but for the amount charged to stay in this unit, I would have expected a more updated place.

It was fine but way too overpriced for what you get. Crappy check in and zero numbers to call.
Only place I’ve been to that actually makes you do dishes and take out your garbage not quite sure what your paying for ??? Also made us pay two damage deposits wouldn’t give us the lock code until we did so even though it was paid and booked a week before
We had a lovely time exploring Fernie & staying here! Close enough to downtown to walk to restaurants & shopping, and also conveniently on the edge of town for exploring the region further!!

Won't book again
Location is good, condo is average, I'm giving two stars for a couple reasons. I booked this place looking forward to the bbq and also the pool and hot tub.
Unfortunately they closed the pool on the day we arrived due to restrictions. This is unprecedented and understandable, but since this was advertised and reflected in the price it should have been compensated for.
Bbq was in terrible condition. Had not been cleaned for a while so I had to brush it up for some time before using it. After the scrubbing I tried turning it on but the igniter was not working. Got in touch with the owner, they said there is lighter in the kitchen cabinets. Lighter was out of gas and broken from a few places... finally with some effort and the spark from the empty lighter, I was able to get the bbq going. Not quite the experience you hope for when on vacation.
There was a coffee machine, and coffee filters, but no coffee. I don't imagine anyone going on a vacation would take ground coffee with them. So if there is a coffee machine and filters, putting some coffee in the unit as well wouldn't hurt.
