Artenay is famous for its fairground theater museum, and its stone mill which dates from 1851. Its church, Saint Victor, has a bell tower which is reminiscent of the shape of the tip of the helmet of Prussian [hidden] surrounding plain was a battle site from the War of 1870.

Agricultural activity is very present there, trading in cereals and beets (sugar factory-distillery).

This town is located about a hundred km south of Paris and twenty-five km north of Orléans. It is served by the SNCF line, by the RN20 and also the A10 and the A19, which makes it a quickly accessible place. Single storey gîte but a few steps to access the house. Located in a peaceful street, this pavilion offers three bedrooms of respectively, 12m² (1 90x200 bed), 15m² (2 90x200 beds) and 16 m² (1 160x200 bed), a living room of 38m², a kitchen equipped with all household comforts, a laundry room is located in the basement.

PRICE CHARGES INCLUDED: Heating, cleaning, electricity and sheets are included in the price as well as bathroom and kitchen linen. Beds are made on arrival.
Bathroom and kitchen linen will be changed every week, beds remade every two weeks for long stays.
