Super endroit

Emplacement idéal, gérant super, et appartement qui mériterait être remis un peu aux goûts du jour mais il reste très propre. Je recommande c était génial !

Zeer schoon appartement

Wij hebben het fijn gehad in empuria. De gastheer is ook zeer behulpzaam. De douche en keuken wel wat verouderd maar alles was super schoon. Dat vind ik het belangrijkste. Kortom.. aanrader

Agréable séjour!

Séjour très agréable, le cadre était très bien, la vue sublime. Magasins, bars et restaurant à 5 minutes en voitures, plage à 3 minutes à pied. Je recommande!

bien pour les fêtards

L'accueil est très bien organisé et très sympathique. L'appartement serait idéal pour faire une semaine plage si l'équipement était mieux adapté: le manque de machine à laver est ennuyeux. Le quartier, bien qu'à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville, est bruyant la nuit. Les voisins se "réveillent" à partir de minuit. Pour le reste, le site est super sympathique et nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances. Hortense

En effet, ce logement ne dispose pas de machine à laver, comme indiqué par la description des services de la même publicité. Dans tous les cas, nous avons d'autres logements qui ont une machine à laver. N'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour la prochaine fois. Je me permets d'influencer le titre de votre commentaire, car je pense que cela peut dérouter les futurs clients potentiels, à la fois ceux qui souhaitent un espace de loisirs et ceux qui recherchent un hébergement en famille. Nos logements sont totalement familiers et c'est notre souhait. Comme vous avez pu le constater dans les règles de l'hébergement et sur l'affiche informative de l'escalier, le silence est demandé de 22h00 à 9h00. D'autre part, nous sommes situés dans le quartier calme d'Empuriabrava, au bord de la plage de Rubina, où il n'y a pas de discothèques ou de bars de nuit. Je suis désolé que vous ayez eu des voisins bruyants et ne nous l'ayez pas informé pendant votre séjour car j'aurais pu vous proposer des solutions pour éviter ces inconvénients. Malheureusement, aucun autre voisin ne nous a dit, en tout cas, qu'il y avait eu du bruit. En tout cas, c’est un plaisir de vous accueillir et j’espère vous accueillir à nouveau. Cordialement, Enric

El apartamento estaba limpio, con mucho equipamiento en la cocina, con unas vistas preciosas al canal y buenísima ubicación a tan solo 2 minutos de la playa y zona fácil para aparcar. Enric fue muy atento y amable.

Quiet and near the beach

Apartment is only 100 metres from the beach, basic but functional, you need a car as all the shops or restaurants are in the main part of town. You might need binoculars to view the TV....Has most basic things except no kettle.

Merveilleux séjour, pieds sur l'eau!

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans cet appartement. Le logement a l'équipement de base mais plus que suffisant pour passer des vacances en famille. Les lits sont confortables, ce qui est important pour nous. La plage de Rubina est à 2 minutes de l'appartement. La vue depuis le balcon sur la marina est tout simplement incroyable. Vraiment le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Enric est un hôte très attentif. Certains détails importants que nous expliquons pour prendre en compte sont que les appartements situés à droite (Itaca, Buc et Somni) sont ceux qui ont rénové les matelas. Et que le Somni est le seul appartement qui a une vue sur les deux côtés (amarres et mer) et qui a été redécoré il y a moins d'un an. Nous avons eu l’occasion de les visiter tous, samedi matin, le jour du changement et la prochaine fois, nous irons à "Somni" sans hésiter. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires de clients dont les évaluations sont faibles, car le rapport qualité-prix dans un endroit comme Empuriabrava est imbattable. Nous conseillons fortement cet hébergement pour des vacances à la plage.

Great stay!

Great appartment with awesome view! The appartment has a basic equipment and comfortable bedding. We found the appartment very clean and a warm welcome form host. Great beach is just 50 meters away. I really recommend it.

Eine Erneuerung der Einrichtung und des Bades wären wünschenswert

Der Blick auf den Hafenarm ist interessant. Allerdings ist der Tisch auf dem Balkon für 4 Personen sehr klein. Essen mit Töpfen auf dem Tisch ist leider nicht möglich. In der Wohnung selber haben wir Ablagemöglichkeiten wie z.B. ein Regal im Wohnzimmer, sehr vermisst. Im Kinderschlafzimmer ist das Regal, was man als Kleiderschrankersatz benutzen soll, sehr instabil, sprich es müßte erneuert werden. Ansonsten wäre eine Renovierung des Bades angesagt.

We are completly agree with all your comment, since everything you say it's true.The balcony table is a ropund table for 4 persons, as you can see in the photos. It's also true that the single bedroom don't have closet but shelves, also as you can see in our images. We never want to hide anything of our property furthemore we are happy that customers know everything with much detail as possible to avoid any frustation. But let me please show my dissatisfied with just one star rating since you find everything as mentioned in the ad, the appartment clean and we didn't get any disconforme from you during your stay, so I'm a bit sourprised of your one star rating...

Schöne Wohnung direkt an den Kanälen

Wir wurden sehr nett vom Vermieter (Enric) empfangen und auf alles wichtige im und ums Haus hingewiesen. Die Wohnung selbst war ok. Es ist alles was man so braucht da. Auch deutsches TV ist vorhanden. Es sind 2 Balkone vorhanden, einer davon direkt zu den Kanal so das die Boote direkt vorm Haus liegen. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Meer ist ums Eck keine 200 m entfernt. Es ist eine sehr schöne Stadt durchzogen von vielen kleinen Kanälen, wodurch man kurze Umwege in Kauf nehmen muss um die zahlreichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub mit einer guten Unterkunft und einer tollen Umgebung, den man getrost weiterempfehlen kann.

Super Lage und tolle Aussicht. Wohnung nicht mehr die Neueste

Das Apartment liegt super, direkt an einem Kanal der "größten Marina Europas". 2 große, gut nutzbare, Balkone. Zum tollen Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Parkplatz für das Auto ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigeren Teil von Empuriabrava. Bis zur Hauptstraße mit (vielen) Restaurants und Geschäften sind es etwa 2km. Die Wohnung selbst ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wenn auch die Möbel selbst schon etwas "abgewohnt" sind (z.B. Couch, Matratzen Bett). Was bei uns leider nur sehr eingeschränkt funktioniert hat, war das WLAN (super langsam; Radio hören z.B. nicht möglich). Betreuung vor Ort ist 1A. In Empuriabrava waren wir sicher nicht das letzte Mal.
