The property is nestled in a natural setting, offering the tranquility of the countryside, with its tall trees, wildlife, and flora. Come and explore the Pays de la Loire region with its sweeping panoramas, vast skies, distant horizons, and hidden valleys. It's a part of France that many people drive through and that's waiting to be discovered!

Ideas for outings within a 30-minute radius: the Robert Tatin Museum, the Rincerie leisure park in La Selle Craonnaise, Craon Castle, and the brand-new Craon aquatic center (sports and leisure pool, sauna, and jacuzzi). Also nearby is the Château-Gontier animal sanctuary.

The fishing pond, over 1 hectare in size and 1.5 meters deep, is teeming with mirror and common carp, roach, and koi. Up to three people can fish together, each with a maximum of three lines.

Bonus: The family who built our house, located on the same property as our Ravalières gîte, were close friends of Robert Tatin. The artist and sculptor decorated the walls of their living room, staircase, and kitchen. An engraving of "The Clown" was dedicated to a member of their family. They would be delighted to share this information with you!

(Jacuzzi information: The fee is payable to the owner in cash upon arrival - please inform the owners before your stay.) Pets are welcome, provided they do not go on the beds or sofas (please bring your own blankets).

Single beds are 90 cm wide, super king beds are 1.8 m wide. All beds are 2 meters long.

Heating: Underfloor heating on the ground floor is free of charge at 19°C. Additional heating (when it is cold) is available for €15/day, payable to the owner.

Jacuzzi: €60/stay, payable in cash to the owner (please indicate this when booking if needed).

Above-ground, unheated swimming pool, ideal from May to September. Included in the price.

Fishing: €200 per week or €25 per person per day, payable in cash to the owner.

Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 shower rooms (1 on the ground floor), 2 toilets (1 on the ground floor). Beds are made upon arrival.
