The swimming pool and the garden are exclusively reserved for you.

The apartment is located 5 minutes from the Clémenceau metro station, 15 minutes on foot from Rennes train station and 20 minutes on foot from the hyper-center (République).

We really enjoyed our stay.It's always great to turn up to a spotless property that is exactly as the listing.The property has everything you need for a holiday stay. The pool was super and the apartment was great in the heat.

Entspannter Urlaub in Rennes

Wir haben uns in Davids Wohnung von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Innenstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich per Metro, aber auch zu Fuß gut erreichen. Mittwochmorgens findet in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ein schöner großer Markt statt. Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Uns hat es in dieser Woche an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und war für unsere Töchter natürlich das Highlight. Parkplätze waren immer direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Fazit: Es war toll und wir können Davids Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen!!!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Rennes

Wir haben als Familie zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft in Rennes verbracht. Es handelt sich um das Erdgeschoss mit Garten in einem hübschen kleinen Haus. Die Lage ist gut, auch wenn man in der Stadt war, war es doch sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 800m zu erreichen. Dank Google kein Problem. ;-) Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Leider konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters den Pool nicht so oft benutzen, aber in der Wohnung war genug Platz für andere Aktivitäten. Der Vermieter stand bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Family holiday

Great property in a good location. Easy to get Metro into the centre of Rennes, or to cycle in. The house was fantastic, and the pool a real bonus. David was a very accommodating host and made the holiday really easy for us. Supermarket close by. Only thing that would have improved it might have been if there was a cafe close for a morning coffee! Overall, a brilliant house for a relaxing holiday. Thank you David
