L'Episode Cevenol - Maison au cœur des Cévennes

This small cocoon immersed in nature and calm will ensure you a most pleasant stay. The house, entirely renovated and air-conditioned, can accommodate 6 travellers. The house is composed of a master suite with private bathroom, a second bedroom that can accommodate 3 travellers, as well as a living room with double sofa bed and its modern, open and equipped kitchen, opening onto a 30m² terrace. You will also benefit from the vast enclosed and private grounds of 2100m², fitted out with a swimming pool and barbecue, from where you can admire the sublime view of the hills. Sheets and towels included. Private parking on site.

Housing
The house, on one level, is as follows
- Living room with dining table for 6 people, wood stove. In a room adjoining the living room, separated by a glass roof, you will find a sofa bed for 2 people, an office space, as well as a TV and many board games
- Open and equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
- A first bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), and a private bathroom with shower and WC.
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a single bunk bed
- A second bathroom with bathtub

- Large enclosed and private garden of 2100m².
- Unheated above ground pool, available from June 5 to September (dates not contractual, subject to change).
- Terrace of 30m², accessible from the living room, with garden furniture and barbecue.

In the surrounding area
- The house is located 5 minutes by car from the small tourist village of Anduze.
- Farmers' market every Friday morning in Générargues.
- Restaurant : La Ferme du Cornadel
- Pélissou Farm (sale of farm products)

Activities
The house is situated between the Cévennes and the Mediterranean Sea :
- 500m from the Bambouseraie (unique site in Europe), and 1h from the Mont Aigoual (nearest ski resort).
- Picturesque villages: Uzès at 40kms, Saint-Jean du Gard at 10kms, Anduze at 3kms.
- Canyoning, mountain biking, numerous natural bathing sites in the valleys of the Gardon
- Desert Museum 5kms away

Other remarks :
- Possibility to park your car on the plot. The plot is enclosed and closed by an electric gate. The car park cannot accommodate company trucks.
- A few logs will be offered to you for the stove when you arrive.
- The river Gardon, a river in the heart of an exceptional wild nature is 5km from the accommodation, possibility to swim.
