Quiet neighborhood and close to town. First time VRBO guest and did not realize if it’s not listed it’s not included so we found out on a 90 degree week the house did not have air conditioning. That said the host company Arrived was available to confirm we had use of fans and a portable ac unit we found in one of the closets. They also got someone out to the house within 24hrs to repair a window that would not lock. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a rental hosted by Arrived.

Nice location and spacious home, but the beds were small (full size), lumpy, and pretty uncomfortable.

Clean house, easy to get in and out. Says location close to places. Really has no basics in the kitchen so if you’re going to cook bring all that you need. Otherwise it was great! Would stay again!

Great location for all Bend adventures!

Stayed a couple of nights over the Memorial Day weekend. The neighbourhood is lovely and very quiet yet close to downtown, the river, Phil's trails and Newport market. House is well equipped with everything you could need; spacious and comfortable.
