This single-story house consists of a living/dining room/kitchen (wood stove), a shower room/WC, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds). Wifi. Smart TV. Outside: private terrace overlooking the Conche des Oisiliers (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue) and adjoining shaded green space. Shared with the other gîte: pétanque court, car parking. Boats, canoes, and pedal boats are available free of charge at any time (2 boats, 2 canoes, 1 pedal boat), with life jackets and maps. Fishing is available on site. Shops are available (bakery, supermarket, butcher, honey house, pharmacy, doctor). Small market on Wednesdays. Public swimming pool open on summer afternoons in Benet (13km). Lake Xanton-Chassenon is 19km away. Scarecrow Festival in Damvix starts in May (3km fun, signposted walking trail).
Bicycle rentals are available at the DAMVIX pier (10m away).
