This semi-detached stone and pantile barn conversion is located on the owner's farm in the scattered village of Staintondale. Set between Scarborough and Whitby, this cottage has been beautifully restored, decorated and furnished throughout, providing comfortable and cosy accommodation for up to four people. The cottage is also full of character, boasting exposed beams, a wood burning stove and stunning countryside views. The property also has the added attraction of being situated in within the National Park, making it an ideal home from home for anyone looking to enjoy the region's walking routes.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with FreeSat, CD/radio, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Shared lawned garden with furniture and BBQ and swings. Ample off road parking. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.5 miles, pub 1.7 miles. Note: WiFi can be slow.
