LOCATION IS EVERYTHING! Amazing location and beautiful remodeled 3/2 pool house on the Darby canal in the desirable SE Cape Coral with just a 5 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico. Coral Palms is located in one of the most prestigious area of SE Cape Coral. It’s just minutes from the Yacht Club and beach.

• Direct access; no locks or bridges to the Caloosahatchee River that flows into the Gulf of Mexico. Only a 5 minute boat ride. A boater’s dream location.

• Outdoor kitchen with brand new built-in custom marine grade stainless steel grill that has a fridge and outdoor hot/cold sink.

• The heated pool is extra deep with both east and southern exposure. Pool toys are provided. Both electric and solar pool heater.

• Large Lanai area with outdoor TV, new pool cage screens, ceiling fans, furniture and kitchen.

• Extra fridge in garage.

• Completely fenced in backyard with new paver walkway down to the composite dock. The dock has water, electricity, a floating dock, and a fish cleaning station. Manatees, sharks and dolphins have all been in the canal behind Coral Palms and come right up to your dock. Swim ladder on dock.

• Professional landscaping and beautiful green lawn.

• Kayaks, fishing poles, bikes and beach items such as towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler and life jackets. Bring your own boat, or boat and jet ski rentals are available through local agencies.

• Public beach is 5 minutes from the house. The public beach offers a play area for children and adults. 1.25 miles.

• 3 bedroom/2 bath house located in a quiet, upscale, friendly neighborhood. Pristine, CLEAN & comfortably furnished interior that was newly decorated in 2022. New stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops. Living room has a tv with streaming services with over 100 live channels and video on demand; smart TV's on the lania and in Master bedroom as well.

• The Master bedroom has a king size bed with sliding glass doors leading directly to the pool and lanai. A master bath is attached to the bedroom with a tiled low-entry walk-in shower and his & her sinks.

• The first guest room has a queen size bed with a bathroom next door.

• The second guest room has two twin size beds and a sliding door leading to the pool & lanai.

• Sofa Sleeper is located in the living room with allows the property to sleep up to 8. It is a queen and has a memory foam mattress.

• Office work station with Wi-Fi.

• Pet friendly: Fenced in back yard all the way to the water. Lanai has a pet door. Dog kennel, dog beds, bowls, leashes, clean-up tools all on-site. (NO pets allowed in the pool).

• Board games, X-box and DVD movies.

• Pack & Play

This rental is wonderful - a home away from home! Host was responsive, property was well maintained and house was well stocked. Made for a great family stay!

We are Minnesota residents and have been going to Cape Coral/Fort Myers for more than 20 years now. We have been renting houses in Cape Coral since 2011and don't use property managers. Please feel free to reach out with questions, we are glad to help, even if you don't book with us.

We enjoy the area and like to share our local favorites too. We feel like everyone that stays at Coral Palms are not just our guests, but become our fast friends.
We try to offer our guest great value. We don't charge extra for additional guests that might join you on your stay like many other vacation rentals. Honestly we prefer to get our guests just through referrals and friends, and prefer to work with people directly as much as possible. We like meeting new people, and talking with people on a more personal level. Technology like texting, emails, and websites like this are great for bringing us together, but we still think a phone call is a lost art and appreciate the perspective you get with a phone conversation versus just texting and emails. Your basics necessities are very close (within biking distance) such as fishing gear, tackle, bait, gas, groceries, pharmacy, hardware, bars and restaurants near downtown Cape Coral. This house is very clean, updated and has such great amenities and the location is truly unbeatable. We'd encourage everyone to take advantage of the access from the canal to enjoy why everyone loves Florida; sunshine and the water.
