This pleasant 2 rooms apartment with sea view of almost 90m² for 2 persons is located on the second floor, door n°12 of the residence “Gulf Stream” in front of the main beach of Quiberon.

It includes:
- Entry,
- Living room with TV and sofa,
- Bedroom with on bed of 160cm large,
- Equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, cooking plate, dishwasher),
- laundry with washing machine and dryer,
- Bathroomwith shower and bath,
-Toilets separated.

Balcony with sea view and garden furniture. Parking free on the residence.
Animals not allowed.

Electric and water usage in extra charge (50€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 180€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

belle vue sur la grande plage, appartement très spacieux et meublé avec goût. la grande terrasse étant exposée sud-sud ouest donc très bien ensoleillée ,il est dommage qu'il ne soit pas équipé d'un store banne, pas pratique du tout d'installer le grand parasol. (pour des personnes un peu âgées ou pas très grandesAutre pb ; la propriétaire n'ayant pas de garage, pas d'accès direct au parking via la résidence, il faut faire le tour du pâté de maisons avec les bagages le jour d'arrivée et de départ !Sinon c'était super

La terrasse exposée sud-sud-ouest est effectivement un vrai atout pour profiter du soleil. Nous prenons également bonne note de vos remarques concernant l’absence de store banne et l’installation du parasol, qui peut effectivement manquer de praticité, notamment pour certaines personnes. Appartement spacieux au pied de la plage et des commerces possèdent une très belle vue sur la mer et belle île depuis la terrasse. L’appartement est bien équipé on a simplement regrettés que la cuisine ne communique pas avec la pièce de vie Idéal pour un couple
