This villa is not suitable for young, party-loving guests<br>but rather for a mature, calm, well-groomed, and responsible clientele—ideally families.<br>Our house rules prohibit celebrating events such as<br>birthdays, etc....<br>Guests exceeding the authorized number of beds are not permitted.<br><br>185 m² villa (6–8 people) with 2 fully equipped suites featuring 160-cm double beds and air conditioning, plus a bedroom <br>with an en suite bathroom, a 160-cm bed, a sofa, and 2 chaise longues. <br><br>Optional, subject to availability (windowless but very comfortable room): 1 140-bed, 2 900 bunk beds. <br><br>80 m² terrace with umbrellas and a double awning, private 4 x 10 m pool (heating available). Plancha grill, parking, and Wi-Fi<br>. We ask our guests to please feed our cat.<br>
