The cottage is set over three floors and has a room with children's bunks, a twin bedroom, two king-size double bedrooms, a second floor twin bedroom, a second floor king-size double bedroom, a bathroom, a shower room, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area (seats 10), a hall with dining area (seats 6), a sitting room (seats 8) with an electric wall-mounted fire, a TV room (seats 5) and an external games room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a front patio with furniture. 1 Seafield Street is close to the beach and an ideal base for a family holiday. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £450.

The house was an excellent base for a big birthday weekend family gathering. Very well equipped for self catering but ideally placed for walking to hotels, restaurants and takeaways and also the beach and woods Debbie, the housekeeper, was very approachable and friendly
