Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Shower room with shower and basin. There is a cloakroom on the top floor with WC and basin.Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area (seats 10). Sitting room (seats 8) with electric flame-effect fire. Second sitting room (seats 5). Hall with dining area (seats 6). External games room with table tennis and pool table.

Electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer x 2, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
