The Station Master's Office is a semi-detached studio cottage in the village of Loftus near to the North Yorkshire coast. The cottage sleeps two people and has studio accommodation with a double bed, sitting area and small kitchen as well as a separate shower room. Outside is a private rear patio and a shared front garden. Situated close to a small railway line, The Station Master's Office is a lovely cottage for discovering the North Yorkshire coast and moors.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview and Virgin Media, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power (excludes electric car charging) inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared front lawned garden with bench, private covered rear patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Not suitable for children and infants. Note: The property is adjacent to a live railway, with 6 goods trains a day, for 10 days in every fortnight.
