Perfect location in a great property

What a fantastic house, in a beautiful part of France. Spacious bedrooms, and a lovely modern bathroom. Kitchen had everything needed, even a Senseo coffee maker. The house stayed cool even when it was getting warmer outside, although the garden with it's plunge pool got the sun all day long. We took our own folding loungers, although there are a couple of deck chairs. Excellent hosts to communicate with, and Adeline and Vincent provided loads of helpful information. Parking is nearby, and while there is a free car park, if there are activities in St Gilles, you might have to move. There is a bit of trekking back and forward with cases/food shop etc, but the location makes up for it. There are at least 10 good restaurants within 200yds, as well as a boulangerie and a butcher. And St Gilles is such a lovely town. Would highly recommend a stay with the nearby beach, various places to visit within 30 mins, and this lovely house to come back to.

Un cadre idéal!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison idéalement située au cœur de Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Le marché, les commerces, les restaurants et le port sont à proximité immédiate de la maison. L’absence de parking privé n’est pas un problème puisqu’il y a beaucoup de places gratuites disponibles à 2 minutes à pied de la maison (même en pleine période estivale). La grande plage est à une petite dizaine de minutes à pied du logement. La maison en elle même est très propre et est charmante. La piscine est un réel plus pour se rafraîchir. Adeline et Vincent sont très disponibles pour répondre à toutes vos interrogations. Nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons loué cette maison à 6 adultes pendant 4 jours. Elle est idéalement située dans le centre-ville, proche des commerces et des restaurants. On ne peut pas y accéder en voiture mais on peut se garer à proximité immédiate. Maison bien équipée, matelas confortables. Propriétaires arrangeants, disponibles et la communication a été très facile depuis le début.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Toplage

Zusammen mit unseren 3 Kindern haben wir zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Durch die zentrale Lage im Ortskern ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, so dass wir das Auto die gesamte Zeit auf dem nahegelegenen kostenfreien Parkplatz stehenlassen konnten. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen nicht einsehbaren Innenhof mit Pool, an dem man sich auch an kühleren Tagen gut sonnen konnte. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, von scharfen Messern bis guten Pfannen und Töpfen ist alles vorhanden. Auch die drei Fahrräder kann man benutzen, was z.B. bei einem Einkauf von Getränken im Supermarkt sehr praktisch ist. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und die gesamte Abwicklung liefen perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.situe dans une petite ruelle en pavé,le logement est parfait, très cocooning. La cour privative est très agréable avec sa déco bien fleurie et son calme. Week-end familial en janvier très agréable grâce à la pièce de vie et son poêle à bois très performant. Localisation proche de tout, dans une jolie ruelle au calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et se rendent disponibles. Nous recommandons cet hébergement !

Bijou property in great location

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt abgeschottet hinter der Stadtmauer und hat einen uneinsehbaren kleinen Garten- und Terrassenbereich. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einer 5-6 köpfigen Familie wunderbar zu bewohnen. Die Vermieter sind zuverlässig, nett und freundlich, sprechen aber nur Französisch. Mit moderner Toolunterstützung war Kommunikation gut möglich. Absprachen zu An- und Abreise haben zuverlässig geklappt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können das Objekt gut weiterempfehlen.

Waouh ! Nous avons passés d’excellentes vacances dans cette charmante petite maison avec sa terrasse et sa piscine. Saint Gilles Croix de Vie est une charmante ville pleine de surprise et d’activités en tout genre. La proximité de la plage des restaurants et du marché nous a permis de laisser notre voiture sur un parking non loin de la maison pour la semaine et à vélo nous avons pu profiter pleinement du paysage. La maison est très bien équipées, il n’y a rien à ajouter. Très propre, cosy et décorée avec beaucoup de goût par des hôtes plus que sympathiques. Belle découverte qui donne envie de revenir vite vite …

Nous avons apprécié les avantages de cette location : hyper calme tout en étant en hyper centre, de pouvoir profiter du petit extérieur douillet et bien aménagé, l'intérieur tout aussi douillet et propre... La proximité de la plage (quelques minutes en vélo) est tout aussi appréciable. Location très bien équipée. Les propriétaires très disponibles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci !
