Séjour à vannes

Le logement est très propre et plutôt bien situé mais l'annonce manque de précision.... la "petite résidence" est composée de plusieurs immeubles de 4 à 6 étages.... la salle de bain est sujet au vis à vis d'autres appartements. Les poubelles sont ramasser tous les matins et elles sont situé sous les fenêtres donc niveau bruit .... Il est demandé une caution par chèque, comme déjà dis au propriétaire ce n'ai pas flagrant sur l'annonce et cela fait beaucoup de précaution en plus de l'application.
