AZUR, in a residential area, quiet, beautiful new villa with heated pool and spa, offering all the conditions to spend a pleasant holiday. The beach is at 10 km, the marine lake of Port d'Albret at 11 km and the pond of Soustons and its beautiful walks at 2.5 km. The charm of an authentic village for a successful stay in the Landes!
Composition: large living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine Senséo...), dining area and living room (TV, WIFI); master bedroom with 1 Queen size bed and adjoining shower room (Italian shower, washbasin, WC), 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk single beds, 1 bathroom (bath, washbasin), separate WC, pantry (washing machine, dryer). Reversible air conditioning in the living room. Wooden terrace. Swimming pool 7*3m, heated. Spa for 6 people. Barbecue. Sheets and towels provided - Capacity: 8 people. A contribution to charges of €50 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra cost 170€). Cancellation insurance offered with a supplement of € 1 included in the booking fees. Insurance guarantees available on request. Magnifique maison aussi bien dans la configuration que dans les matériaux utilisés ainsi que dans la décoration ! Nous avons eu un vrai coup de cœur pour ce logement où chacun trouve un espace sans se gêner alors que nous étions 8. La piscine agréable et le jacuzzi est génial et très grand !!La cuisine est une partie rayonnante de la maison et la terrasse en continuité du salon avec ses grandes baies vitrées est pratique au quotidien.Le mobilier ainsi que la literie est dune grande qualité avec des équipements de cuisine et de vaisselle très fournis. Tout etait parfait jusqu’au moindre détail.
