Chalet agréable et conforme aux photos, avec des échanges cordiaux avant l’arrivée.En revanche, plusieurs éléments étaient déjà endommagés ou très fragiles dès notre arrivée (tiroir scotché ne tenant pas, poignées qui se décrochaient, rideaux difficiles à manipuler, jeu d’arcade cassé …), avec de nombreuses recommandations par message le jour de notre arrivée ce qui créait un climat de stress inutile malgré toutes nos précautions.À notre départ, une retenue financière nous a été appliquée pour un équipement qui était pourtant déjà défectueux, et nos tentatives de dialogue n’ont malheureusement pas abouti.Ce type de gestion est regrettable et mérite, selon nous, une vraie vigilance de la part des futurs voyageurs.

Un magnifique chalet dans un cadre idyllique

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le sublime chalet de Carole, parfaitement équipé, très spacieux et chaleureux. Le village de Longefoy est le point de départ de nombreuses balades à travers les bois et la montagne, à 5 min en voiture de la station Montalbert La Plagne. Le cadre est fantastique. Carole s'est montrée très disponible et nous a fourni de précieux conseils ou recommandations.
