Would like more washrags and hangers. There was a lot of dog hair and on the outside furniture and the living room rug. Golf carts were everywhere within the community, yet we were denied use of the one in the garage.

Nicely decorated and very well stocked kitchen with dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Smelled like a new place on arrival and very very clean. I am super particular and this is what will stay in my mind more than anything. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Every room has everything you could want. All king beds with shampoo, lotion and soap. Pool was beautiful and fire pit amazing. Beds super comfortable. Bikes were great for short ride to pool and beach. Shed was stocked full of beach chairs, umbrellas and floats. This house is a big family’s paradise. Very happy with our stay. Very timely response to any of our questions. Top notch service wit Royal Destinations. Only thing missing was a gulf cart for total perfection but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great WaterSound Beach Family Vacation

We booked it for a family vacation - my wife and I, six kids and six grandkids. The house is beautiful and our family enjoyed our stay very much. Great location - walk to the DuneSider pool, the beach and the WaterSound Beach Club. The DuneSider Grill has re-opened and is great for breakfast or lunch. There was enough room for each couple to have a very comfortable bedroom and the kids were able to stay in the very large bunk room on the third floor. My wife and I opted to stay in the newly constructed carriage house. It was vert "cozy" but gave us a nice escape :). The living areas were spacious with plenty of room to spread out. An outside deck provided a great area for games after the kids went to bed. There is also a new pool and screened-in area with grill. Very well done.Royal Destinations was easy to work with and their maintenance team was very responsive to a small issue. Very happy with their service.The only negatives to report relate to the supplies. For the cost of the rental ($$$) I would have liked to have more than two trash bags, one roll of paper towel, two dishwasher pods and a couple washer pods. I also thought that there was a golf cart provided. There is not.

The house is beautiful and so are the furnishings. It is impeccably clean. The pool area is large and well-furnished, perfect for watching the kids swim. The large front porch was used for family breakfasts and dinners. If you are bringing children, the 3rd floor bunk room is spacious and private, with its own large bath. Our kids loved having their own space. The living area is huge and the kitchen well-equipped. This house is amazing!

Amazing Vacay with Family!

The listing says it sleeps 12, but it easily could accommodate 20. We had two families with four adults and four young adults and there was PLENTY of space for everyone. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen. The outdoor area was cozy and quiet. We loved the golf cart and bikes too. They made the short trip to the beach very easy. Also, we were super close to the Hub. We walked there for coffee in the mornings after our morning workouts. Also, be sure to check the Hub’s calendar. We had a ball at their Friday night dance party!!!You will NOT be disappointed with this property. We certainly hope to stay in this exact house again.

Watersound had been our go to beach community for years due to the serenity and beauty of it. We have rented from Royal Destination prior to this stay and the service has remained great! The know we can get a quality rental and wonderful customer service when renting with them. 13 Madakat Way did not disappoint!! It was gorgeous and we'll kept! The pictures can not do justice to actually being in the house and experiencing it firsthand! So many wonderful features in this spacious house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.(From the golf cart to the bicycles to the pool to the outdoor grill - it's all there!) We have already recommended this property to a friend who plans on booking for a family celebration next year!!
