Great house and a great location! The carriage house was really nice separation for the grandparents who came with us on our trip with little kids :) The golf cart came in super handy and the decor was beautiful. We’ll be back!

Highly recommend this home and especially this host!We had a wonderful stay in WaterSound, and a big part of that was the host. Her communication was excellent from start to finish. When a power outage affected the property, she pivoted right away and arranged for us to stay at another home in Rosemary Beach until power was restored, so our trip wasn’t disrupted.The house itself was beautifully kept, and the location is hard to beat. We also had an issue with the golf cart, and she quickly tried to get it repaired. When that didn’t work out, she went a step further and booked a golf cart rental for us. That made a real difference, since we have a family member with mobility issues and the cart was essential to getting around comfortably.Overall, this home is a great fit for the WaterSound area, and the host goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. We would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking.

We had a fantastic stay during our yearly 30A trip! This house is perfect for families—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.Linda and her team were outstanding hosts. Communication was easy and responsive from the start. Although there was an ongoing issue with the A/C, they went above and beyond to keep us comfortable. They installed window and floor units before we arrived, quickly arranged service, and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. Their proactive care completely made up for the inconvenience.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to other families looking for a great 30A getaway.

It was wonderful and such a good location! The pool was broken upon arrival but easy communication with owner and new pump installed first thing Monday morning.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The house with all its furnishings were fabulous.

I would recommend staying at this house. There is enough room accommodate 10 people comfortably. The beach is close by and the view is spectacular. There is also a large pool close to the house. There are many wonderful restaurants and stores near by.

Phil, I am so happy your group enjoyed their stay at Watersound Beach, it is really a dreamy family vacation spot with so much beauty to enjoy in this Gated Community. Your children are super safe, there are no wild parties allowed with teens unsupervised, and our Coastal Lake (Camp Creek Lake), is spectacular to walk around or kayak. I live on the Lake, and we kayak daily. Deer Lake State Park is right next door, but the 30’ high dunes at Watersound Beaches are the best in our area along Hwy 30A. I hope you can return soon for your next vacation, and I can certainly recommend an excellent private chef to cook for your group. (Chef Kali), and her 5 course dinners are amazing.

Destination Wedding

We had an amazing time staying in Watersound at this home. We loved and utilized all the special features and the owners were very responsive to our inquiries while there. Short walk to the gorgeous beach - our family and friends who were in town were in awe of this home. Renting this home addd to our fantastic wedding weekend❤️

I appreciate your compliments of the house, and don’t forget, our private pool can be heated for winter getaways as well as our 2 other community pools.. Winter is my favorite season since the beaches are empty, and restaurants have no wait time, plus there is little traffic.

Family vacation

Wonderful, comfortable home. Host was very helpful with special needs. Area is very beautiful and we would love to return. Excessive property and hoa rules tend to be confusing but we did not let that dampen our love for watersound.

Fun at the beach

Great property in a great location! Golf cart a must to get beach access. Elevator for heavy bags & supplies was a big help. Only one oddity - no towel bars in bathrooms???
