Minocqua Shores Resort is located in the heart of the Northwoods, ideally situated on the nearly 6,000 acre Minocqua Chain of Lakes. Conveniently located 2 miles from downtown Minocqua by car or a short 1 mile walk on the historic Bearskin Trail, Minocqua Shores Resort offers privacy and town convenience all in one place. The resort is surrounded by pines and hardwoods on spacious 5 acres with one quarter mile of level shoreline.
Located on the upper right, this 3 bedroom/2 bath condo has everything you're looking for including a panoramic view of Lake Minocqua from the large picture window. Boat docks close at hand.

Relaxing Getaway

My family and I had a great time here! The property is in a great spot, walking distance to a lot of places downtown.

It was a great location with proximity to downtown and the bear skin trail.

I wish there was a beach for young children. Most disappointing was the condition of the living room furniture. It was too big for the space. They were so worn out that when you sat in them and it was difficult to get out. Need slimmed down furniture that has structure to it. Had to call management company on: light bulbs out, dishwasher not working, the microwave didn’t work all the time and the VRBO site stated that there was coin operated laundry on site. Families did not pack extra clothes for themselves and their children because of this. We were told that the information on the site was incorrect. Not much help when you are already there. There was a nice deck but only one dirty, ugly chair to sit on. Would have been nice to sit out there and take in the view of the lake. It was a good location for young children because of the sand box, flat ground, swing set, etc.

Property was close to everything

The property had enough space to host our group, The proximity to places by boat was amazing also. The parking is a bit difficult if you are there for a fishing tournament. The only thing that needs to be taken care of is ripping out the carpeting, it is so soiled and gross I didn't want to walk on it without shoes my socks were black. Plus the outside needs to have some upkeep done widows could use a cleaning and the house could use a power wash, the cob webs and spider gunk was everywhere. All and All it worked great for our group

Great location, clean condo, limited space

Condo was clean with a full kitchen. Rooms were small, but we spent most of our time outside. The unit has beds to sleep 10 but that would be tight. We had a group of six adults that was great except for storage space. There was no storage space in the kitchen for our food items and counter space was limited. Bedrooms had limited space in the closets and no dresser space to unpack, lived out of our suit case for the week. Bathroom attached to one of the bedrooms was small, no hook to hang change of garments. Had one small towel par for hand towels, no place to hang a wet bath towel.
