Features: entryway, fully equipped kitchen, 35 m² living/dining room, 15 m² bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. Balcony overlooking an inner courtyard.
Very quiet: double-glazed windows. Ground floor. Ceiling height 3.20 m, large windows. Air conditioning. 4G Wi-Fi.
Close to the thermal baths (100 m). City centre with nearby shops, restaurants, a cinema, cafés, bookshops, and more. Beautiful municipal swimming pool. Free parking at the building’s entrance—blue zone and free public car parks.
