Stylish second-floor end unit, ideal for a couples’ beach getaway! This beautifully renovated condo features a peek of the ocean, a sleek kitchen with granite counters and black stainless appliances, and a cozy living area with a queen sleeper sofa and 50" smart TV. The bedroom offers a comfy queen bed and a 32" smart TV, and the bathroom includes a beautiful walk-in shower. Just two blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. Includes 2 beach bikes and 2 chairs—everything you need for a relaxing stay by the sea!

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Nice place, small but has everything you need. Property manager quick to respond to anything we needed. Only cleanliness issue i saw was sign over bed was very dusty.

We had an enjoyable time. The room was so nice. The bed was so comfortable. King sized. When we arrived there was treats for us, which was so sweet! It was so easy to ask questions and get quick answers. The beach was beautiful! I had asked about places to eat and we tried them-excellent!! Went to Bad Biscuit for breakfast, went to Quarterdeck in SeaPines and that was a gorgeous spot and. The food was very good. I can’t remember the name of the Italian place we went to but it was excellent. We went to Savannah for the day—-you have to try and go—just gorgeous!! Definitely will be coming back to Hilton Head!!

Nice place for a short stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was very easy to check in and out. The condo is nice and it is well decorated. The owner communicated well through the app. The location is great. We walked out to the beach to watch the sunrise and walked to the Tiki Hut at night. The only downside to this place is that it is very small and some of the furniture could use an update (the bed and couch). That being said, I’d happily stay here again and I’d recommend it to others.

The location was nice, not ocean front, but a great beach! Lots to do. Unfortunately the unit above and below us must have been under construction because it was noisy until 10pm.

Cozy Getaway

First impression, walking in was clean and cozy. The place smelled and looked clean! The place was exactly as described and the property owner was great to communicate with. There are some improvements that will be needed in the near future, but it would not stop us from renting again. To detail…. The comforter on the bed is getting older, the couch is still in good condition but will need new cushions or replaced as it’s starting to lose its plushness, and bikes (although a perk) are getting worn and will need a good maintenance. However, the bed was super comfy, floors, walls, counters were all clean and in good shape and shower in great shape. Everything said, the owners obviously care and take pride in their place and I would recommend this unit to any couple looking for a nice getaway at a great price.

Great location

Stay was right on the beach. Clean and close to everything. Left 2 shirts and hosts returned them quickly. Highly recommend. We will stay again.

There is nothing I could think of to rate below excellent. Everything was clean, close proximity to attractions, etc. This is perfect for 2 people but any more than that would be crowded. Thanks again
