Crashin' Waves-Oceanview w/Bikes, Chairs& King Bed

Wake up to ocean views from your private balcony in this charming, coastal-themed villa just steps from the beach. Located on the second floor near the front of the building, this bright and breezy space features a comfortable king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and a recently updated shower/tub.

The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, and we’ve stocked the villa with beach chairs, bikes, games, and beach toys to make your Hilton Head stay fun and effortless! Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

A wonderful last minute trip. The location was perfect, great view from the balcony and a short walk to the beach. We would stay here again! My wife is already looking for the next opportunity to stay here. Easy walk to Cologny, Pool Bar Jim’s, FISH and Piggly Wiggly for anything we needed. Property Management was great, easy communication and the condo had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach with the beach chairs that were provided.

This was our 2nd time staying at this location. It is perfect for 2 people. The cleanliness is always a concern of mine when booking a property and the cleanliness of Crashin’ Waves meets my high expectations. The Villa is well equipped regarding linens, paper goods and soaps ect. The only item that I would improve upon would be the mattress. On our last stay it was a bit more comfortable than it was this stay. The owner is fantastic with her communication and more than accommodating if an issue does arise. Upon arrival we noticed a patio chair had been damaged and we cascaded the feedback to her. She took action immediately offering several solutions. We appreciate that type of action as with other properties in the past it is difficult to get bigger issues addressed with other owners. We will definitely book this property again in the future!

I was looking for a solo trip to get away for a long weekend. It was a quick walk to the beach and I could see the ocean from the balcony. It was very clean and quiet. WiFi was great, for the few times I checked texts. Easy to use t.v. and Roku, and also easy to connect my own Roku. Bike was available, although I never took time to use it. Nice, quiet pool. Easy to shop at nearby grocery stores, which made t easy to stay in and enjoy my meals. There was a great pool bar a nice walk down the beach, and the binder provided by the owners has very helpful information. Not a lot to do to checkout, which was appreciated. I would definitely go back to this property and others owned by them.

Highly Recommend!

My husband and I love staying in Kendall's condos.This was our first stay in this one, and it was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had our coffee on the balcony every morning to view the ocean. We took advantage of the bikes and did not rent a car on this trip. The location is the best part..... just steps to the beach! Kendall was very responsive and accommodating. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was clean and conveniently located near many shops, restaurants and of course, the beach! We had everything we needed and appreciated the bikes for errands and beach chairs/boogie boards for our beach days. If I had to be picky, the layout of the condo has the sleeping area closest to the hallway, so if you're a light sleeper I'd bring a sound machine or fan to help drown out people opening doors or talking in the hallway. We loved our stay and thought it a perfect space for a couple! Thank you!

Great stay

Enjoyed our time in this condo. Property was clean, communication was good with the host, and location was perfect - in walking distance of plenty of shops/restaurants, but just far enough from the main public beach which was crowded. 2 bikes were also provided with the unit which made it convenient to get around since there are so many bike paths.

Nice Place and Right on the Ocean

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal with just a short walk to the expansive beach. Great view of the ocean from the patio. Access to dining and shopping with a short walk or drive made this a perfect location for our stay. Excellent property for couples or small families.

Rest and Restore

I cannot wait to visit this property again. It was my oasis of rest for the week. All of the essentials were there and a few surprises too. Sunscreen, a beach bag, beach chairs, books and games! Well-equipped villa and just the right size. I felt safe and sound. The ocean view is a side view (not direct) but the walk to the beach is short. Basically, the beach is your backyard. I could not ask for more. I got exactly what I needed. The hosts are attentive and reply quickly. I’m so grateful for this little slice of heaven.

Small, cute and clean!

Large property but we didn’t hear a lot of noise surprisingly, we were there in September. Small but had everything we needed! Host checked in and was very pleasant. Unit included beach chairs and bikes too

My husband and I came to the Beaufort/Bluffton areas in 2001. I was a ‘traveler’ for the hospital in Beaufort, we fell in love with the area and decided to stay! We have one son that loves to be near the beach as well. I work in Beaufort and my husband works in Savannah, so Bluffton is a good in between for the both of us. We absolutely love Hilton Head Island. We go down and enjoy it as much as we can. Although we are only about 20 minutes away, we always feel like we are on vacation when we go to the beach. The people are always friendly and the restaurants are great! We love our life here! We bought a condo in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort when we first decided to buy and sold it a year later to buy the condo we currently have. We wanted to be in the South Forest Beach area, we feel there is more to do and want to be able to offer our guests those accommodations. We hope you enjoy our villa as much as we do!

47' flatscreen tv in the living room and 24' flatscreen tv in the bedroom, with a large selection of movies to choose from. We have Playstation 2 with lots of games.
We offer 2 free beach bikes for your enjoyment while you stay at our villa.
We also offer two very nice, sturdy beach chairs with a beach umbrella.
We have a gym membership for our guests that offers and indoor pool and hot tub in addition to state of the art equipment and fitness classes.
