The first floor has a gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room table for 8, living room with large screen TV, Master Bed with king, bathroom with twin sinks, rainfall shower and jacuzzi tub. Washer and dryer just off the kitchen. Outside of the 20’ ft. living room windows is a sprawling terrace, with a plunge pool, dining table, and comfy seating.
