East Lake Escape is nestled just minutes from all the attractions in Arnolds Park. This THREE-bedroom, TWO-bath condo offers a quiet deck with gas grill, outdoor table and two chairs. Living room offers ample seating with TV and internet. Master bedroom presents a King size bed, full master on-suite with shower/tub combo, soaps, toilet paper and all towels furnished. All Rooms are on one level, Bedroom (2) provides two Twin beds (not bunk beds), Bedroom (3) provides a Queen bed.

Washer and dryer with detergent are located in the utility room if needed.

This complex offers an outdoor heated pool for your relaxation and lake access. If you want to bring your boat, a hoist space is available with monthly rental. Just into town you will hit Broadway Street in Arnolds Park offering tons of Restaurants, Bars, Live Entertainment, Orbitz Mini Donuts, Tropical Snow Cones, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, the Iconic Nutty Bar Stand, Shopping at the Emporium, and so much More! Within a few miles you will find grocery stores and convenience stores to stock up for your stay.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
