This uniquely designed layout caters to families and groups seeking separate, quiet sleeping quarters, complemented by a main living and dining area for memorable gatherings.Step into a beautifully renovated space where your entire family can unwind by the gas fireplace or enjoy evenings on the private deck, perfect for soaking in the mountain ambiance. The thoughtful floor plan ensures comfort and tranquility, providing the ideal setting for a restful retreat.Take advantage of the Columbine Pool and and Hot Tub complex (Closed April 15ht thru May 24th), featuring an outdoor pool, hot tubs, and a locker room—an inviting space open from June to August and December to March, offering relaxation and rejuvenation during your stay.The primary suite boasts a king bed, TV, and ensuite bath, ensuring a luxurious and private escape. Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.
Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.
Important Winter Advisory:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads.
