We have worked very hard to renovate this charming home just for you and hope that you love it! There is a queen bed and twin bunk beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. All mattresses are comfortable memory foam with layered bedding and soft sheets to ensure you get a great night's sleep. The chic kitchen has everything you should need, including a Keurig with a variety of pods and bagged tea. You will find the pantry stocked with pancake mix and syrup as well as oatmeal and basic staples. Enjoy that coffee and breakfast on the back deck and bask in the morning sunshine to make sure you get your day started off right. Beside the deck is a charcoal grill available for use and we just put in horseshoe pits and put up a hammock for some outdoor fun and relaxation when the weather is nice! An assortment of board games and coloring books are provided and there is also a pack and play should you be traveling with an infant. There is a dollar store across the street should you need items beyond what's provided.

You will have access to the entire property including the large yard with enormous pecan trees--feel free to enjoy some if they're in season! You'll be given a code to access the electronic lock so that check in is effortless and at your convenience.

There is NO SMOKING allowed in the house. Property is inspected and cleaned after each guest and if it is found that you smoked in the house you will be charged for additional cleaning and smoke removal. There is a doorbell camera and two more exterior cameras recording for the safety and security of guests and the property. One covers the front of the house and the other the back of the house.
