Residence: The residence Les Alpages is a set of 6 buildings ideally located in the heart of the village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe, in the Alps, at the foot of the slopes of the Espace Diamant and only 50 meters from the ski school.Nestled in the heart of the Espace Diamant, this authentic village station offers privileged access to 192 km of tracks connected between Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Seizures and Hauteluce. Beginners as confirmed will find an exceptional playground in the heart of a preserved Alpine environment.The village centre, called NDB 1150, is the ideal location to fully enjoy the resort with all shops, entertainment and services within easy reach. You will be seduced by the warm atmosphere, authenticity and typical Savoyard charm of this mountain village.In summer, the residence offers a swimming pool and a private tennis court, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or mountain biking. Many marked trails leave in the immediate vicinity, and the Mont Rond chairlift, open three days a week, offers easy access to spectacular views of Mont Blanc.The surroundings also offer beautiful excursions, with Megève at 15 minutes, Chamonix at 50 minutes, and Annecy at about 1 hour drive.
