Nestled in a quiet area less than 5 minutes away from Sunrise Marina Boat Launch and 7 minutes from Seibold Boat Launch. We had a great trip fished hard for 9 days it was great to come back and hit the hot tub to loosen up. The house was in a great location and close to several boat ramps. We had everything we needed and an outdoor plug right at the driveway made it a very pleasant comfortable place to stay.

The property and amenities were exactly as described. It was clean and well appropriated. The host was super responsive and accommodating. My stay was during a long period of extreme cold temps but the house stayed warm and cozy and the hot tub was especially enjoyable! There is a great casual lakeside restaurant within walking distance of this property. I will definitely be returning to this retreat in the future.

This is a home where you can actually feel at home. It’s vey nice and very clean and very comfortable, but it’s not so sterile or so ridiculously high-end that you can’t relax and be comfortable. The hot tub jets are great! I really like this place.

Great place to spend time with family for the holidays! We had great kitchen for cooking, plenty of space to enjoy a tree we brought, time to enjoy the hot tub and go out kayaks in the water. We enjoyed staying at this property for the weekend very close to a boat launch to access lake Guntersville. Very clean, easy check in and out and the host was very kind and answered any questions we had! I would recommend staying here! 10/10!
