Charming Cottage in Berry w/ Private Yard, Close to Beach & Hiking

In Berry, in the Creuse Valley and the Painters' Valley, 2 minutes from Montcocu (beach, canoeing, paddleboarding, restaurant) and just over 5 minutes from Lake Eguzon, this holiday home is located in a cul-de-sac with a private, enclosed 1,000m² garden.

Highlights: heating included in the price, swimming 2 minutes away, and hiking trails right next door.

New in 2024: the only Himalayan footbridge in the Centre region, just 2 minutes away. The ground floor comprises: a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room (with a sofa bed), a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room/WC.

Two steps lead to the second bedroom with a double bed.

Electric heating (included in the price).

Two private terraces, one covered, and private parking.

Pets are welcome, with a maximum of either two small pets or one large pet (the dog(s) must be well-behaved).

A security deposit is required.

Optional extras:
End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash): €80
Double bed sheets: €10 each
Towels: €5 per person

Bed linens are mandatory for business travelers and are available for €10.
