Surrounded by tall pines, this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home sits right in the heart of Estes Park.

As you enter The Gathering Place on Pine Knoll, you are greeted by a wall of windows and views of mountains and the pines. The open concept main floor provides a friendly and inviting living space complete with vaulted ceilings, beautiful wood beams, and rich cherry hardwood floors. The living room has comfortable leather chairs, a loveseat, sofa, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy the fire, while guests can converse as they are cooking in the kitchen.

The dining area has a beautiful wood table that seats eight comfortably for gathering and making family memories. Next to the dining room, sliding glass doors open to the private deck. Enjoy the deck as you find a gas grill, patio table/chairs for relaxing in the afternoon, or barbecuing your favorite dinner. A few steps away is an enclosed gazebo complete with a large hot tub. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine and take in the beautiful scenery while watching the occasional wildlife passing through. We have resident deer, elk, bear, coyotes, chipmunks, and mountain birds.

Located just off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer available for your use and a convenient half bath.

The 2nd level of this home has a beautiful large family living area, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. Enjoy a movie while lounging on the large sectional sofa or play family games at the game table.

The 3rd level has an office area complete with a desk and WiFi should you have to work while enjoying your stay., perfect for getting away to work, read a book, just have some quiet time. The master bedroom is located on this level too. With its comfy, welcoming king bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The master bedroom has a private TV. The bathroom has a shower, a separate jetted/soaker tub, and plenty of space for storing personal items.

The lower level has two more bedrooms, both with king-size beds, a full bathroom, and another living area with large screen tv. Grab some towels and walk out the sliding door, and you are steps away from the gazebo and large hot tub.

We are located just 2 miles from downtown in a quiet neighborhood and 10 minutes to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and so much more. ½ mile from the NEW Estes Park Recreation Center and 18 hole golf course.

We like to keep guests informed before their arrival and are available if you need something during your stay. We are always happy to answer questions, address an issue or give ideas on things to do in our village.
We are sensitive about guest privacy, yet; it is perfectly acceptable for distant travelers to become friends. The property manager lives less than a mile, should a need arise.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood at the base of Prospect Mountain, close to Estes Park Golf Course and not far from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. While not far from downtown and with great restaurants, its location also offers the perfect place to view wildlife, gaze at the night sky, and feel secluded.

The neighborhood does provide nice walking. Two cars can park in the garage and we are licensed for a total of 4 cars.
