Villa tout confort

1er etage d une maison avec jardin très agréable à 5 mn à pied des plages de Juan. Le centre-ville de Juan-Les-Pins et d Antibes sont un peu plus éloignés mais nombreux bus pour y accéder avec un arrêt devant la maison. Procédures d accueil et de départ simples et efficaces. Tout ce dont on a besoin (et même davantage) se trouve dans l appartement. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour et conseillons vivement cette location.

Eine angenehme, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock (über eine Außentreppe erreichbar) einer sehr gepflegten Villa, der Vermieter (bewohnt das Parterre) war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für den Mietwagen stand ein Platz auf dem Hof zur Verfügung, vorm Haus darf man nicht parken. Der große Garten hinterm Haus konnte mitbenutzt werden. Die Lärmisolierung war sehr gut. Die Küche und das Bad (mit separatem WC) waren komplett ausgestattet, und sämtliche Geräte waren funktionstüchtig. Summa summarum, es war eine optimale Wahl für unseren Urlaub zu zweit, weiter zu empfehlen.

Lieu où nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement bien décoré, lumineux, spatieux et fonctionnel avec (petite) vue sur la mer depuis la salle à manger. Mer accessible à pied. Le vieil Antibes comme le centre de Juan sont proches, 5 minutes en voiture ou 20 à 30 à pied. Le fait de partager la machine à laver ne pose pas de souci grâce à la diligence du fils des propriétaires. Boulangerie et plus à trois minutes à pied, chambre et séjour climatisés… Bref grand confort pour un séjoir à deux.
