Private Beach community home nestled in the heart of Long Island's North Fork

Located in the Bay Haven Beach Community with large sandy beach, park area on the water, covered picnic area and a consistent easterly breeze off the water is one of the highlights of this neighborhood.

Great location in the heart of North Fork's wine country and a short drive to downtown Greenport and a variety of Southold Beaches and farms. The deck is made for summer dining with stairs to the spacious backyard and outdoor shower.

The house is equipped with bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Association beach is located at the end of the block, a short walk from the front door. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with closets and dressers in each room. As well as a large hall closet located upon entry for excess storage. Both bathrooms were updated in December 2020 and central air added in 2022.

Magical Month in Southold

The house was extremely clean and very well-appointed. We felt at home from the first night. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a wonderful meal. The grill was fantastic. Central air and excellent WiFi made everything comfortable and easy. The beach is so close, and just lovely. We miss it already!

Wonderful House in Southhold!

Beautiful and very comfortable house near so much in the North Fork. Easy and efficient check-in and communication with hosts. A perfect place to gather with family!

Wonderful place to stay

This is a terrific house in a great neighborhood. The house was swell stocked with everything we needed. It's a short drive to the best parts of the North Fork. The host was terrific. Responded quick;y to anything we needed. Gave a lot of helpful clues about how to enjoy the area

Wonderful stay and great hosts

Great house with fantastic proximity to private beach and other nearby bay beaches. House was also just a few minutes drive or easy cycle to Southold and surrounding area. During our spare time, we really enjoyed the month of July at the beach, cycling around the North Fork and checking out wineries and many great restaurants. Super relaxing spot, would highly recommend. If working from home, Internet service was good although cell service was patchy.

We are a Brooklyn based family in love with all the North Fork has to offer. We love spending time outdoors and enjoying great food and wine, which is what attracted us to the North Fork in the first place. We love taking advantage of the nearby hiking, boating, and vineyards.

We love the easy access to the beach at the end of the block and so many others with in close walking or biking distance. The outdoor shower and large deck for summer dining were also attractive features! We are a short drive from the Custer Observatory and the stars are truly breath-taking on a clear night.

Southold is the epicenter of the North Fork. Being situated on this peninsula, you have access to a number of town and private beaches within walking distance. It is also great to be so close to the wine trail and just a short drive to downtown Greenport where you will find a vibrant harbor full of restaurants and shopping.
