Andrew had thought of everything from the point of view of the traveler from instructions, cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. His communication skills are top rated as is his aesthetic design style of the home. The home truly tells a story that you should pause and read as you are heading out to the terrace or a dip in the hot tub. Sitting by the fire is so relaxing and Andrew was there to answer questions. All basic things are provided the one thing we missed was a tea kettle.

Great location. Host was was excellent getting any information I need. Clean, nice for our family. Swimming pool and hot tub was nice and clean.

This was a beautiful property to stay at! The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The location is great near all of the wineries and everything you could need it is a short distance away. Andrew was very responsive and helpful. Definitely would recommend!

Rented the cottage for my wife, 1.5 year old, and myself, Andrew was fantastic and easy to get in contact with for all questions/concerns. The cottage, grounds, pool, and hot tub are well maintained and we had a great experience overall. Will be planning another stay here!

Great property!! We had a private pool, hot tub, little eating area outside with a hammock, and a small kitchen upstairs. The space was perfect for me and my friends for a weekend getaway. It’s close to several wineries as well. Andrew is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!

Ideally located getaway with a great pool

One of the best pools we have used recently, v clean and warm, which my 6 year old enjoyed v much. The outdoor area was spacious and amazing too. Very close to all the best wineries and restaurants in the area. We did not use the hot tub. One thing of note, the 1.5 bathrooms is 1 full bathroom, and 1 outdoor shower, which is a bit different from 1.5 bathrooms in a NYC city apartment unit. Overall for families or a group of friends I highly recommend this property.

The grounds were pretty but upon walking into the house we were met with a smell of mildew, we spotted mold, which I contacted the owner and VRBO immediately, the owners response was"I'm allergic to mold as well" but offered to solution. The hot tub attendant came to do something to the hot tub and informed me that there were no chemicals in there and that nobody should go in there, the pool bottom had not been glazed and cut up my children's feet. There is no furniture to sit down on watch television, there was a TV placed in a random spot, but no furniture to sit and watch it except a large table that doesn't face the TV. The bench that is left to eat dinner on is super wobbly, and very unsafe, this house is not meant for young kids. There was no furniture for clothes in, no beach stuff whatsoever, which is very weird for a beach rental, the road that the house is located on is a 55 mph busy road and you can hear the traffic the whole time. The kitchen sink splashes on the floor, even when you have it on the lowest setting because it is way too large for the sink, instead of replacing the faucet the owner put a note to not let water drip on floor, the floor appears damaged in front of the sink where we also found mold that I put in a kit to mailed out. My daughter has a horrible mold allergy and felt sick plus the kids couldn't swim in the pool anymore since their feet were cut up so we checked out a 2 days early. I have filed a report with VRBO.
I took this picture next to the toilet upon check-in, the house was dirty so if there is a cleaning person, they do a terrible job.

Far more than we expected

Property offered a perfect stay... from the beautiful pool and hot tub to the fire pit and Barbecue. House was far more than adequate and we left wanting to return.

Wonderful Few Days

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's house! The pool, hot tub, yard, and poolhouse are meticulously maintained. My 2 children (ages 2 and 4) loved their time in the pool, playing on the large lawn, and using the hammock. The house itself has a full kitchen and laundry with a large dining table great for a family. The location was beautiful--very close to wineries and lots of farmstands. We drove about 12 minutes to Greenport for an excellent dinner. Andrew was very friendly and helpful. We hope to return soon!

Lovely Historic NOFO Home

This is a lovely, historic home in Southold. The house is huge and perfect for groups. Since there is a separate little suite with a kitchen and its own bathroom and several upstairs bedrooms connect, it would be very ideal for a family reunion or 2-3 families vacationing together. The house itself is historic and has a lot of old world charm mixed with modern amenities. The hot tub and fire pit are great for late nights! The kitchen is very well appointed for cooking. I loved drinking coffee at the breakfast nook in the sun room while looking out at the fall foliage. The owner is great with communication. The house itself is just under a mile from the Greenport Peconic brewery, and within 2 miles there are several amazing wineries. I can’t say enough about what a lovely girls’ weekend we had. Even though it is on a main road, it felt private due to the landscaping. The beds and couch are so comfortable. This house exceeded our expectations in every way. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!

Great location and home

Enjoyed a weekend here with 7 friends! Andrew was very easy to communicate with and check in/out was simple. Home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Close to many wineries and 10-15 minute car ride to Greenport restaurants. Although noise from the main road is audible, the property still felt very private - we enjoyed fire pit in backyard and fit 5 cars in driveway easily. Would absolutely stay here again.

A Great Place To Relax

Better than advertised!

We had a great stay here for a last-minute family vacation. Andrew was responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and nicely stocked with all the basics as well as some nice extras (charcoal for the bbq, firewood for the pit & a welcoming bottle of wine!). If anything, the pool and yard was even nicer than the photos indicated.

Beautiful Property on the North Fork

My family and I had a great stay at this property. It is in a great location, convenient to a lot of North Fork attractions, and the pool and grounds were beautiful. The host made check-in easy and was flexible about us arriving a little early.

Great Find on North Folk

The grounds around this property were great. Fantastic pool and gorgeous lilac bushes that attracted beautiful butterflies. We had a great time just hanging out at the house. Great stay!

Exceeded Expectations

This property is even more beautiful in person than the photos could show. My sisters and I stayed here for a chill Bachelorette weekend. The house is very spacious and incredibly clean. Andrew was quick to reply throughout the booking process and our stay. He even had a bottle of rosé waiting for us in the fridge. Incredibly close to wineries, beach, and downtown Greenport. We booked a car service to get to Greenport since Ubers are sparse here. I definitely recommend calling and booking a car in advance if you/people you’re with don’t plan to drive. We’re already planning to return to this property for another weekend away. Can’t say enough great things.

Very pleasant experience

We stayed with our 4 year old and our dog for three nights- we had good summer weather, enjoyed the pool and home. The host was great - answered all our questions prior to our arrival as well as greeted us when we drove in. The property is close to many wineries, restaurants are about 5 minutes away. Overall- we had a great time and would go back again.
