La Fleur des Marais - Comfortable house in a quiet area, large garden & swing

Located less than 2 km from the beach, this family home will charm you with its brightness. It is a single-story house of about 90m2 on a 500m2 plot, in a beautiful and quiet setting within a residential area, close to bike paths, an equestrian center, and oyster farming marshes. Ideal for children to see the horses and discover nature, and to enjoy the enclosed and secure garden with a swing.

It can accommodate up to 7 people:
3 bedrooms for 7 sleeping spots: 1 double bed 160x200cm with TV, 2 bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed (children only), 1 double bed 140x190cm (duvets, pillows, and mattress protectors provided)
An open kitchen connected to the living room with dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc., including utensils and dishes.
A living and lounge area with board games, smart TV, Netflix.
Private parking in front of the house.
Swing, enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbors.
Equipped for babies: high chair and travel cot provided free of charge.
Free fiber optic Internet WiFi connection, possibility for remote work.
Fans available if needed.
Strictly non-smoking inside the house.

House rented with cleaning (extra charge of €60 for 2 nights, €90 beyond) ventilation and disinfecting (upon your arrival, the cleaning fee must be paid).

Sejour agreable mais pas de waouh

+ Joli accueil par la concierge. Maison decoree avec gout et situee dans un quartier calme. Permets de visiter pas mal de sites touristiques a proximite en voiture ou en velo. - Logement pas tres propre avec des joints tres sales dans la douche et de nombreuses toiles d'araignee dans les pieces. Logement correctement equipe mais on voit tout de suite que c'est du materiel assez basique/de qualite moyenne pour la location. La terrasse n'est pas avenante avec qqes tables et chaises en plastique et pas pratique car elle se situe derriere la maison en plein soleil. L'entree se fait par un ancien garage amenage, difficile de trouver de l'ombre pour garer sa voiture. Meme si on apprecie le jeu offert a l'arrivee; on prefererait un kit avec pastilles lave vaisselle, eponge, lessive, petit linge de toilette car un logement nu ou on doit tout achete ce n'est pas tres avenant quand on arrive le samedi soir.

Très cosy, on s'y sent bien

Location de qualité, jolie décoration, lieu très calme. A notre arrivée, la maison avait été chauffée (quel bonheur en novembre). Alizée (conciergerie) est très réactive, très professionnelle. On sent que Aurélie, la propriétaire, a mis beaucoup de coeur dans cette maison ! Merci à toutes les deux. Vous formez une équipe gagnante !

LOCATION A EVITER

- POINTS POSITIFS : - La maison est située dans un endroit calme, à quelques minutes à vélo du centre Château d'Oléron et dispose d'un grand jardin. - POINTS NÉGATIFS : - Mauvais rapport qualité prix au vu de l'équipement correct mais rudimentaire dans une maison sans cachet. - Propriétaire vindicative et de très mauvaise foi qui impute des frais complémentaires injustifiés plusieurs jours après notre départ alors que non seulement aucun état des lieux d'entrée n'a été effectué et qu'à notre départ lors de la remise des clés et après inspection des lieux aucune observation ne nous avait été faite . Cette location est gérée par une agence . Il convient de ne pas tomber la dernière semaine avant l'arrivée des propriétaires sinon vous risquez d’être accusé et d'avoir à la charge tous les dommages qui auraient pu être effectués par les locataires précédents. UN CONSEIL : Pensez à faire noter les moindres détails ( tapis des toilettes qui sent l'urine, cendre dans le barbecue, prise défectueuse, chaise de jardin en plastique cassée...)
