Located on a quiet country road surrounded by woods, just 20 min from Pinehurst and 30 min from Fayetteville.

My wife and I have lived here for 17 years and love the home we created. Penny loves seeing, quilting, and crafting, and I love working and building. We both come by hosting naturally as we managed a hotel way back in the day!

We chose this neighborhood because it is quiet and feels semi remote while still being a 10 minute drive to the grocery store.
What makes this property unique
Our property has a gorgeous front and backyard which we love! Plenty of room to listen to nature, lay in the sun, or bird watch. Such a peaceful spot!
