** Work recently completed (July 2023): construction of a heated swimming pool secured by a shutter. Available for rental from 12/08/2023 **

Pretty house with character overlooking the countryside on a large wooded property (enclosed area of ​​5000m2 facing south), while being close to amenities (supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, municipal swimming pool less than 5 min away...).

The house breaks down as follows:

On the ground floor:

- An equipped kitchen (vitroceramic cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker)

- Living room (3-seater sofa, 50-inch flat-screen TV, extendable dining table with 8 chairs)

- Bedroom n°1: 140x190 bed, closed wardrobe, chest of drawers

- Corridor serving the toilets and the shower room (washing machine)

Upstairs :

- Bedroom n°2 in a row for two children with 90 x 190 bunk beds, chest of drawers and desk

- Bedroom n°3 with a large double bed 180 x 200, wardrobe, chest of drawers and full-length mirror.

The three bedrooms enjoy views of the garden, the pool and the hills.

We can provide you with a travel cot with mattress (60x120 cm) as well as a changing mat.

Outside, the garden extends over 5000m2 including a wooded part. You will have at your disposal a terrace with a large dining table, a barbecue and a parasol to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. A large garden furniture is also at your disposal to enjoy the calm in complete relaxation as well as 3 deckchairs, 2 deckchairs, 1 rest chair.

The property is completely fenced.

The environment and the neighborhood are extremely quiet. If you are looking for a place where serenity and privacy reign, you have found it.

Nearby points of interest: Brantôme-en-Périgord (35 mins), Périgueux (40 mins), Sarlat (Lascaux caves), Saint-Emilion (1h) Bordeaux (1h30), Dune du Pilat (2h), Aubeterre ( 15 mins), Jemaye pond and beach (15 mins).

Access: Angoulême or Libourne TGV station (50 mins), A89 motorway (20 mins), Bordeaux or Bergerac airports.

We had a relaxing week in this lovely, peaceful house. It is well presented and thoughtfully equipped, with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc.The pool is real highlight, with a great terrace and comfortable outside sofas and dining table - and an excellent parasol that was particularly welcome in the heat that we had during our stay.Thank you Amélie, Ben and Laurence!

A really lovely stay in a beautiful peaceful cottage. A little more overlooked by the neighbours than we had expected but we never saw them and quickly forgot they were there! Well equipped house with lots of fun for children. Check in and check out was with a lovely non English speaker so was a little challenging but we got by with smiles and understanding 1 in 10 words! We would definitely recommend and would love to come back another time. Many thanks.

Lovely house in great location

Located in a small hamlet just outside the small town of Riberac, the house has plenty of outside space with large front and rear gardens. This offers shade and sun at your wish, and peace and privacy without being isolated. There are many beautiful villages within easy driving distance and the major attractions of the region are within comfortable reach. Having visited these in the past we focussed on exploring the more local and discovered many great places and cafés. The house is clearly well cared for, decorated and furnished to a high standard for a holiday home. The owners have not cluttered all the shelves and cupboards with their own stuff, as so many others do, leaving you with the chance to make it a home of your own during your stay. Communication with the owners was excellent. We had no problems during our stay but were confident that they would have been on hand had we needed help. They provided a series of videos to explain (in English for us) how to use the essential appliances – an excellent idea. A smart tv, with subscriptions, was available to use as we wished plus a welcoming gift. We have had many similar holidays in France. So far, we have never gone back to the same property preferring to explore different parts of the country. If we return to France again, and we hope to do so, we may well break that pattern by returning here. We had a fabulous holiday. Thanks to Amélie, Laurence, and Ben for all their help.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem tollen Ferienhaus! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat seinen Charme, es fehlt an absolut nichts – besonders die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war total unkompliziert und herzlich. Das absolute Highlight ist der fantastische Pool! Wir haben auf der Terrasse jeden Tag nach unseren Ausflügen die Ruhe und die schöne Aussicht genossen. Eine echte Wohlfühloase! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Vacances été 2024 à Riberac

Nous avons loué la maison 2 semaines fin juillet 2024. La maison est parfaite, elle a été rénovée récemment et elle est très belle. La piscine est superbe et la terrasse est neuve. Les environs sont extrêmement calmes, c'est très reposant. La vue en hauteur sur les colines environnantes y fait beaucoup aussi. L'accueil était parfait, avec cadeau de bienvenue en prime 😊. Si nous en avons l'occasion nous reviendrons.

Séjour très agréable

Très jolie maison décorée avec goût, au calme, avec une piscine chauffée très agréable et une magnifique vue. Accueil très chaleureux avec un cadeau gourmand de bienvenue très apprécié. Relaxing lovely location

Maison à la campagne très agréable et reposante

Maison très agréable pour se reposer car au calme et intéressante pour visiter la Dordogne (prévoir un peu de temps de voiture) La maison est très fonctionnelle et propre. La literie est de bonne qualité. Le jardin est très spacieux. La communication avec la propriétaire très facile. Je recommande cette maison pour maximum 2 couples et 2 enfants.

Une charmante maison pour se ressourcer dans une belle nature calme

Nous avons loué cette maison pour 15 jours avec des enfants en bas âge avec un couple d’amis. Maison propre, bien équipée et avec tout le confort nécessaire pour profiter des vacances. Amélie et son mari ont été adorables et très arrangeant par rapport à nos demandes vis à vis de nos filles de 2 ans et 5 mois. La nature autour de la maison est top pour des balades et les petits villages autour de Riberac tres jolis et pas surpeuplés. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette jolie maison rénovée récemment! Et la région est très sympa à découvrir!
