This condo has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. Unit B628 is beautifully decorated with tropical blues and greens for the perfect beach getaway. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet.

Things to Know
Beach service is included from March to October.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided by VACASA. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great little retreat

Property was very nice. Great pools and hot tub. Easy access to the beach with 2 rental chairs and an umbrella. Nice and close to most things as far as dining goes. Only thing I would say is to bring your own pillows if you’re a picky sleeper because they were very firm, only four total pillows for sleeping.

Great place for a family!

We love staying at Waterscape! This condo was a nice place for our family of 4. The room was great, and we love all the amenities. The sleeper sofa was fine for my kids, I did not try it out, but my kids loved it! We enjoyed the pool, and the lazy river is a favorite for my kids. Overall, we loved it!

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES!

Overlooks my 3 year olds favorite place to play! This place rocks. It let the kids have fun and made it enjoyable for us parents too. Many places to grill out! The pools are great! No complaints!

Great time!

My 3 year old love the pools and the kiddie play area. We had a great time. There are events every day. I wished I knew more about them prior to our visit. We just happen to be there at the right time when the pirate show for kids was happening. The room was clean and very nice. The king bed is firm. We will stay here again!

waterscape was great! This Condo...not so much

Our condo was not very clean and the furniture was stained, out door furniture was missing pillows and/or torn to the point we could not use it. I would go back to Waterscape but I would stay in another unit. Positives: the staff was friendly and helpful. Security was present and vigilant-felt safe. The pools, lazy river and beach access was ideal for our family. We had a great time.

Great Mother’s Day get away

Property is easy to get to. Centrally located and easy to get to grocery and restaurants. Loved that the beach chairs are included. Loved that there was a little restaurant to grab dinner after a long day at the pool. Grills were clean and easy to use. There is a cute splash pad/play area for toddlers. There is a zero entry pool for bigger kids with some play areas. We were there in May and I wish the bigger pools were warmer. Lazy river tubes are awful… bring your own. They seem to have fun things planned for kids and family throughout the summer. We are already planning a trip back!

The room was clean but could use a new bed. The headboard was broken and the bottom of bed rail nearly cut us so we had to use a washcloth as a barrier. The bedroom could use some curtains due to the bright lights right outside at night. The couch had stains. Perfect pool area for the family. The small kids pool area could use a light at night to ensure safety of littles while they play. Nice beach access with stairs and ramp. WiFi was absolutely terrible! Had to use hotspot the whole time for any tablet use. Perfect views on balcony of pool and beach.

Wonderful stay

Location was centralized for several restaurants. LOVED the different cuisines offered. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was clean. Master bed was comfortable but very squeaky on both sides when you got in or out of bed. Sofa bed as a couch was not very comfortable, it was ok but not great. The waterscape condos was wonderful. Lots of security, pools were clean and fun. Also enjoyed the 2 beach chairs and umbrellas accommodations, beach staff was always friendly. Picked the best week at the ocean as it was clear, calm and warm and sunny every day! Thank you for renting to us. We will definitely be back to these condos.

It was okay

I usually get a two bedroom when staying here. It’s a yearly summer trip this time just me and my husband went to celebrate his bday. So with it just being us we got a one bedroom. The room was great just needs to be revamped……the bed was like sleeping on a rock and the older model tv wouldn’t pick up the Wi-Fi that was given then tried my own hot spot wouldn’t work either soooo no internet. Also us mothers/wives come for a getaway vacation plus pay a good bit of money also. Should pay your housekeeper more to clean the room we the customers that are away on vacation shouldn’t have to do their jobs and the night before checkout getting a text to have everything cleaned? When you have housekeepers isn’t that their in the job description?

A mixed bag

We enjoyed our time at Waterscape and appreciated all the amenities it provided, most specifically it’s proximity to the beach, and the setup of chairs and umbrellas. As for the unit itself, it was clean and had everything that it was supposed to have - including a well-stocked kitchen. However, we did have a few issues. The first was the bed. The boxspring or platform (whichever it was under the mattress) was so creaky, that any time someone rolled over, the sound was loud enough to wake up the other person in the bed. It made for some less-than-restful nights. We almost slept on the sofa bed, but that was not very comfortable. We didn’t find the living room furniture to be very comfortable to sit in after our long day at the beach. We’d have to constantly change positions to stay somewhat cozy. Finally, we don’t recommend staying in this room on a Saturday night if you’re a light sleeper. The bar/restaurant across the street plays live music and with the bedroom window facing out towards the street, you’ll hear some not-so-great singing throughout the night! We will be back to Waterscape….we will just choose our room more carefully.

Washer Machine didn’t work. When we arrived the first night I went to wash clothes the washer machine was full of water and looks like it’s been there for a few days. Also, dishwasher didn’t work. We called the front desk about the washing machine but we had to wait a day before someone came look at the washing machine. After they checked out the washing machine they said they would have to order a part and it wouldn’t be fixed until after our stay. Thankfully we had friends staying at the same complex and was able to use their washing machine. All the appliances in this unit need to be updated.

Wonderful Okaloosa Island Experience

We had a wonderful vacation at this Waterscape Condo. It was very well decorated, very clean and a great location. It is located near the parking garage which is very convenient and it overlooks the entire Waterfront property. The king size bed was a bit firm for my liking but thats okay. The pull out couch bed was your typical bed. We really enjoyed the outdoor furniture as the couch was a comfy way to enjoy the ocean and resort views. As for Waterscape, they are definitely on wrist-band patrol 🚓. We also got a notice that placing items like towels to dry on the balcony is not allowed. It is a great resort otherwise. It has very large pools, easy beach access and you get two chairs and an umbrella included which saves on having to rent one.
