With excellent amenities like AC, WiFi, Linens/Bedding, Beach Towels, Hairdryer and Efficiency Kitchenette where guests can unwind in this enchanting space. Includes 1 Queen Memory Foam Bed and 1 Queen Sofa Bed. For your convenience, coin operated laundry is available on the premises. The cozy atmosphere and pleasant surroundings make it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Fort Walton Beach and our condo has to offer. Restaurants, bars, water activities and shopping are within walking distance. Only a 10 minute car ride to Okaloosa Island Beach to enjoy the white sandy beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of America! Destin Harborwalk Village is within 7 miles!

This condo was very nice and clean. Close to everything, beaches, restaurants, dog park. It was pet friendly. The grounds and pool were well kept. Love that it was on the ground floor, the bay and pool literally just a few steps from the patio. Definitely would stay here again when in the area. And definitely recommend this studio condo to everyone, you will not be disappointed.

Our stay at this Sand In My Toes condo was absolutely wonderful! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The view of the bay and marina were nice to walk each day. The location made it so easy to enjoy the pool, beach (just a 6 min drive), great restaurants, and local attractions. We especially loved how comfortable and welcoming the pet friendly space felt—it truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Walton Beach!

Beautiful condo 50 feet from the pool. I might add 1 of the most beautiful pools you'll ever get to use and it's right on the rive which was a plus very convenientt. O, everything definitely would like to stay there again.

This was a great place for a girls weekend with my daughter and granddaughter! Other than the traffic which is normal this time of year, I believe, there’s easy access to Destin. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We just checked out of this very charming Sand in My Toes. The studio is tastefully decored, the bed was nice & firm and our stay was very comfortable. Great location as the beach, restaurants and the stores were all very close. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it was right outside of the back patio. We have enjoyed our stay here and can highly recommend.

Quiet and quaint

Lovely little studio for a place to retreat. Everything was very clean decorated nicely and have everything you needed for a short stay.

Everything was great. Just the slider door stuck pretty bad and was a bit of a pain to open and close while using the pool.

Perfect place

Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed. Ground floor so easly to exit and walk our Micky. Only problem was nothings to do with the room, was the day after we arrived they cut the grass and the pool was dirty. Of course they was cleaning the pool the morning we was check out.

Daughter's 14th Birthday

Rental was just as described. I would definitely stay again. It was exactly what we needed for our two day trip. Pool was nice and clean! The property was extremely quiet. Communication is AAAMy only issue was my GPS took my two miles pass property. And Sofa bed may need to be replaced soon.

Hi. Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, if you do not put SW (Southwest) after the address (as stressed in the welcome information), this happens. So sorry that you were inconvenienced by this. We just purchased a brand new sofa bed mattress (you were the first to use it). I will certainly look into what else can be done for the comfort of future guests.

Condo is nice. Really would help if a broom could be left to sweep after going to beach. Also, we could not use the sliding glass doors due to rollers being worn out and doors too hard to push open. Really needs a cooktop! Skillet for people that cook.

There is a broom readily available between kitchen and living area (next to armoire). We made an immediate appointment with a slider repair company as soon as we were made aware of the broken roller and they gave us the next available date to have it repaired. I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have had. The kitchenette space was designed without a cooktop (we bought it that way in January) however, I will look into our options. There is, as described, a microwave and convection oven, refrigerator/freezer, kitchen sink, toaster and coffee maker.

Very clean place. Very quiet even during spring break. The only thing I think would be nice is an actual screen and a second lock on the door. It is hard to tell if it is locked or not.

Nice Clean, cozy condo! Great view of pool and bay outside patio. We loved the oceanic decor and convenient ground floor access. Host was prompt and helpful. Close to everything for a good time in Ft Walton!
