GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the Garden Suite, the Garden Patio, the Spa Patio, the Ridge Patio, and the Bulkhead and Beach. The Garden Suite is in the same building as other units; however, it is a completely separate apartment with its own entry.

Chico Bay Inn has a parking lot; Garden Suite guests are allowed one parking spot (a second parking spot can be made available upon request).

Private areas: The owners live in the apartment on the main floor adjacent to the Garden Suite. The Penthouse Suite is a separate suite available for booking (vrbo.com/3566936) and is located on the top floor of the Inn with a full view of Chico Bay.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Our check-in and check-out process is completely contactless with a smart keypad lock. Even though you may or may not meet us in person, we love providing recommendations for places to eat, drink, tour, and ways to enjoy the property and area! We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to host you and want to ensure your stay at the inn is nothing short of fabulous! Perfectly Appointed Studio

Chandra and Tyler have provided a great home/base to the peninsula. The full kitchen was such a plus for our trip, and the entire space is thoughtfully appointed and so well decorated. They were excellent hosts, communicating quickly when we had questions, and making certain all of our needs were met. The beach access and kayaks were an added bonus. Relaxing getaway

Fantastic place for a relaxing getaway. The property was spotless, quiet, and comfortable with wonderful design elements and a well-equipped kitchen. Stairs lead down to the waterfront area where there are comfy Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. We spent much of our time down there enjoying the view and taking photos. The hosts were friendly and accommodating but gave us plenty of privacy. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend.

Great experience at this property. We only stayed two nights, next time it will be longer for sure. The suite is lovely and very comfortable. Incredible, quiet, romantic stay

These hosts have thought of everything. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The shower is like something out of a sci-fi movie! The home is tucked away in a quiet location by the beach. We enjoyed building a fire on the shore (everything provided) and watching the tide roll in and out at different times of day. This was just what the doctor ordered for our relationship!

Weekend getaway

My husband and I wanted a getaway while our daughter was away at a local overnight camp. This property was better than we even hoped! Beautifully decorated and the hosts were available if needed (although there was nothing that they haven't thought of so we didn't need to bother them at all). We enjoyed having coffee by the water and a nice fire at night. Kitchen is stocked with anything you could need and the breakfast treats they provided were a wonderful surprise. Would definitely stay here again!

In a former life, Chanda worked in the fields of International Education and Intercultural Learning and Tyler was a touring musician, designer and media producer. We dreamed of creating a life where every day felt like a vacation, even when we were hard at work. In 2018, we finally made the leap to both leave full-time jobs and work for ourselves, making our dream a reality!

We built a business out of our passion for renovating distressed properties and spend our days bringing houses back to life with fine craftsmanship and innovative design, creating warm, inviting homes packed full of modern amenities. We also love traveling, eating/cooking great food, kayaking, listening to live music, spending time outdoors and meeting new people!

We both knew from the instant that we walked in the front door that this was our waterfront dream house! Our realtor thought we were joking about putting in an offer before seeing the entire house, but it was love at first sight for both of us, and we could already visualize our home in its finished state.
