Ottimo ricordo di Montesilvano

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento del signor Domenico ad Agosto e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti: la casa era grande, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. La posizione era ottima, vicinissima al mare. Il signor Domenico è stato davvero gentile e disponibile e al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare una piacevole sorpresa di benvenuto 😊 Assolutamente consigliata!!!

Pulizia, cortesia e serietà. Rispecchia fedelmente la descrizione. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in 4 adulti e un bambino in questo fantastico appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo, comodo, spazioso, ben rifinito e ottimamente servito sia da spiaggia che dai principali servizi quali: supermercati, farmacie, pescherie, fornai, banche etc. Si trova in un contesto molto tranquillo e quindi di notte dormire con le finestre spalancate non da problemi ed è molto ben esposto (sud-est) quindi prende il sole al mattino ma dall'ora di pranzo va in ombra garantendo una temperatura interna confortevole anche senza l'uso di condizionatori (comunque presenti) anche in pieno agosto. Il proprietario è molto gentile, preciso e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento e spero di poterci tornare presto! Grazie Domenico

Soggiorno perfetto

Soggiorno breve per motivi di lavoro. Appartamento che rispecchia fedelmente la descrizione, ampio, nuovissimo e ben organizzato. La zona è molto tranquilla ed è comodissimo il posto auto coperto a disposizione. La spiaggia dista realmente due minuti a piedi ed è molto particolare la riserva naturale che bisogna attraversare per raggiungerla. In definitiva consigliatissimo sia come appoggio per lavoro che come casa vacanze.
