You’ll enjoy a little taste of the French Quarter in upscale Rosemary Beach with a New Orleans-inspired courtyard complete with a private heated pool and hot tub. With generous outdoor seating, both covered and open, in addition to the tall privacy walls, you’ll surely enjoy many blissful hours in the warmth of the sun.

Spend your evenings enjoying the sultry night air. On the rare cool night, an outdoor fireplace beckons, awaiting campfire stories.

The entire home has an airy and elegant feel, furnished in cool, neutral colors and decorated with a few well-placed pops of ocean blue.

On the bottom level, the master suite offers a plush king-size bed atop burnished hardwood floors. With dual nightstands and lamps, you can enjoy your favorite book or check your social media channels while relaxing in bed. A triple dresser offers ample space for your clothing, while a large flat-screen TV offers evening entertainment. The private en-suite bath has dual vanities and a white-tiled walk-in shower with dual shower heads.

The second master suite on this level offers a king-size bed, dual nightstands and lamps, a flat-screen TV, a double dresser, and an en-suite bath.

The mid-level of the home features common areas. 14’ tall ceilings and large windows offer an abundance of natural light. The living room has plenty of comfortable furnishings and a large-screen TV. *****The fireplace is not for guest use.
