If you’re coming to Sorrento and are thinking about booking this… just do it! Everything about our stay was perfect. The views of the water, the condo itself is a costal dream, and was clean and comfortable. Piano is a charming relaxed area that has plenty of restaurants and shops and a short train or taxi ride into Sorrento city center. The host was wonderful and met us to explain the area and get us settled, extremely communicative. 10/10!

Family Stay in Piano di Sorrento

Beautiful apartment! Clean, beautifully decorated and nicely positioned by the sea. Close to restaurants, beach, supermarket and train station. It's a short 5-minute train ride to Sorrento. Communication and check-in process with host was great. I would stay here again and also recommend it for families!

Short stay in Sorrento

We enjoyed the clean rooms with a great view of the sea. Down below was a marina which added to the experience. Great place, beautiful sunsets!

Sorrento

We had an amazing stay! Maria was very responsive to our needs as well as Francesco. Our flight leaving was canceled and Francesco made sure we arrived at the airport early for another flight. Power went out one night but Maria took care of it quickly. The area was adorable- we waked everywhere- shops, grocery, fish market, beautiful gardens right outside our door with gorgeous views of the ocean. The road down to the beach was a fun walk up and down. The public beach was a little disappointing was a little dirty. Overall we had a fantastic time!

Breathtaking view of the Sea

I selected this property because of the view from the balcony of the Gulf of Naples! We enjoyed the sunset every evening and will have a glorious memories of our stay in Red Sunset, in Piano di Sorrento.The apartment was spacious, clean, with coastal decor, which was fitting to my the area.Maria Grazia was an excellent host who responded promptly to our messages.I highly recommend Red Sunset! It will forever be a part of our wonderful memory of our visit to Piano Di Sorrento, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast, and Capri.

PERFECT LOCATION TO DISCOVER THE AMALFI COAST!

My husband and I stayed at Red Sunset and were extremely happy with the location. Easy walk to train, grocery store and downtown shopping. The apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable. The sunsets each night were amazing! If you are visiting Sorrento I would suggest staying in Piano Sorrento. It’s only a short train ride away, and you avoid all the tourists. We took the train for our tour of Pompeii. From the marina in front of the apartment you can take ferries to Capri, Positano and Amalfi. Our host, Candida, was very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The kitchen is fully equipped making meal preparations easy.

Amazing Sunsets

We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it if you are looking for a "home base" to explore Sorrento and the surrounding areas. The property manager was very helpful in recommending places to eat, how to get around, etc. She also booked a driver to pick us up at the bus station. We had an excellent experience during our stay.

Fabulous place

The place was amazing. It was very spacious and clean. Maria was very helpful on checking in, providing us with maps and recommendations. What we loved the most were the sunsets from the balcony. Absolutely beautiful! Would stay here again if we are ever fortunate to get back

Absolutely gorgeous

Beautiful apartment right outside of Sorrento city center. Quick train ride to many locations. Walking distance to pharmacy, restaurants, supermarkets and more. The apartment was sparkling clean and large. The view is breathtaking. I would 100% book this stay again.

Lovely apartment and good location

A very accommodating host helped guide us through a surprisingly rainy and cloudy visit. Much help with ground transportation, a private driver, and maps. Two spotless bedrooms and baths, nice large living room. When electricity failed, it came back on within an hour, on 3 occasions. Storms unavoidable, just have patience that Sorrento sun will resume!

Amazing apartment

Everything was in perfect order. The location of the apartment was great. A short walk to the beach or the elevator down to the beach. Resturants and supermarket was located near the apartment. Fantasitc pizza in the building next.

Perfect location to explore Amalfi coast, Sorrento and Napoli!

This flat in Piano di Sorrento is very clean and well appointed! The check in process was smooth and very helpful - telling us all about the sights and good restaurants and how to use the train. The location cannot be beat with views of sunset over Napoli every evening! The town has good restaurants, grocery stores, parks and is family oriented. We had one issue of accidentally turning off the switch to the fridge but this was quickly rectified! Recommend for a great place to enjoy as well as to explore the region!

Great Apartment in a Superb Location

We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Piano di Sorrento. The view of the sea from the apartment and the deck is spectacular. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable to be in. Maria greeted us at the apartment and was very enthusiastic and helpful. She was also extremely responsive to the few questions we had along the way. Be aware that the apartment is on a very busy street, but they have done a good job of soundproofing the apartment as best they can. We highly recommend this rental property.\!

Great Place!

Very clean and bright apartment. We enjoyed our time in Piano di Sorrento. The location is close to some excellent restaurants and close to the docks where some tour boats depart. The train station is a 15 minute walk away. There is a slight incline but not too bad. I would stay there again and recommend to friends. Maria meet us the day of arrival and was just outstanding walking through the property.

Beautiful Clean Spacious

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The air conditioning was perfect after a long hot day of site seeing. The view cannot be topped. We enjoyed many hours on the balcony watching the sea and people entering the park below. The nearby resturants are really great. Maria was reached easily by text or phone and took care of anything we needed. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the Sorrento coastal area.

Great apartment with beautiful views, outside of main city center

The apartment was very nice and had beautiful views! Transportation to Sorrento Center was challenging because the train is not reliable and taxis are expensive / hard to find ones that go from the apartment to the center. The property manager was excellent and made all the accommodations for us and was very helpful / responsive throughout the whole trip! She definitely made sure that her guests were happy and informed!

Gorgeous Sorrento apartment

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was easy to find and in an amazing position - opposite the water! The apartment was gorgeous and had everything we needed, and Maria was a fantastic host. She walked us through the apartment, and gave us lots of information about things to do during our stay. Our only regret was that our stay was much too short!! The local supermarket is a short walk away and there are lots of restaurants and shops close by. A walk to the main shopping district only took 15 mins. We hope to return one day.............

Perfect Location

The apartment is decorated with a very calm style. Beds are comfortable as are the pillows. The kitchen is adequate but only one place to plug in an appliance and it’s a risky spot by the sink. I would suggest the owner add a small table in the corner by the outlet to hold the kettle and toaster. We loved seeing the sea view and walking to the grocery store was nearby as was the train station. It’s an easy 4 minute train into Sorrento. This was a great location for relaxing and access to the area. Overall I would recommend. Communication was usually quick response.

A hidden gem next to Sorrento

I came to the Amalfi Coast for the first time with 4 other members. A lot of places at this cost were gross looking in Sorrento, so I decided to look around the area more…and when I saw the reviews and how this home looked, the location being on the water, etc…no brainer. It’s exactly as pictured & better! Candida is a great host who goes out of her way to meet you at the house, run you through everything, help you navigate the map of the area, etc. She is extremely responsive & you can tell that she takes it very seriously when it comes to taking good care of this home. Right downstairs you’re in walking distance of a great restaurant, gelateria & short walk to the train and grocery stores. Enjoy a night on the balcony of this home with a glass of wine & the beautiful coastal sunset! You want to book here!!! We’ll be back!

Excellent Location!!

As a family of 4, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Location. Pictures are exactly what the condo looks like, except the balcony view was even better then what we thought, it was awesome! Maria was very helpful, I had been in touch with her a few times weeks before our arrival and she always answered my questions promptly, very approachable. She had arranged to have a taxi pick us up in Napoli, she met us at the apartment and showed us around the home, explaining how to get to the train to go to Pompei and to Sorrento, about a 10 minute walk to the train station. And she was a phone call away if we needed anything. I was concern about the street noise but it wasn't that bad we were able to get to sleep no problem after a long day of activity. The apartment was very clean and welcoming with some treats that the kids enjoyed! Everything was in working order as well. We hope to come back one day and we will definitely keep this unit in mind for the location being so convenient and with a great hostess!!
