Modern and updated country charmer in town! House is nestled on a large lot on a tree shaded street. The house is only 1.1 miles to market center. Enjoy the quiet of the morning with a cup of coffee on the back patio or a night cap by twinkling lights. Bedrooms have lots of space to stretch out. There is a bonus / flux room for dining or make it a game night. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots n pans, bake ware & utensils. Everything you should be need for a quick breakfast before heading out on a tour or shopping.
There is a gas grill for those who want to eat at home vs waiting in line. I think we have thought of everything to make our home one everyone can enjoy! Ask about $100 Sunday Late Checkout till 3pm.

Perfect House for a GetawayVery comfotrtable home and enjoyed having coffee or wine on the patio with friends. Had all the kitchen essentials for food preparation. Convenient to shopping, wineries, restaurants and grocery stores. Great communication with owner. We would definitely stay here again.

Daniela, We were unaware that you were bringing a dog. It was not indicated on your reservation. I hope your dog is okay? The puppy pads that were soiled and not picked up were concerning and may indicate your dog has parvo. If you have not taken your pet to a veterinarian I would do so. Parvo is deadly for younger and senior dogs.

Quaint and Cozy

What a great place to stay and relax. It had plenty of places to rest and get ready. We loved the outdoor patio even with the heat. Had a wonderful time together and was central to everything.

Fun Stay in Fredericksburg

We stayed at this home to celebrate my mothers 80'th birthday. We took her to the elephant preserve, had great bbq and celebrated her. The house was a good size, the bedrooms were nice, the bedding was good, everything we needed was in the house other than food items. Easy check in and out, would stay again.

Perfect Fredericksburg House

Property was the nicest we have stayed at in Fredericksburg. Plenty of room, nice floor plan, comfortable bed, owner was prompt in responding to messages. Location was plenty close to Main Street attractions. 5/5 would stay again!

Cozy, clean home in a quiet, quaint neighborhood close to main street shopping and entertainment. We chose this home for our yearly girls get-together. There were 6 of us, and we were quite comfortable. We especially loved the living room set up as we spent a good deal of time catching up. The host was gracious and easy to communicate with and the ease of the door code pad was appreciated. We would stay there again!

Great location!

This home was perfect for two families of four. Very conveniently located to the Main Street in Fredricksburg. Nice big backyard for the kids to play.

We love Fredericksburg ....... All the Festivals and Activities that go on throughout the year. Family is very important to us. We enjoy fishing, hiking , kayaking, wine tours, hiking Enchanted Rock, Floating the River and searching for arrow heads and dinosaur tracks. We live in College Station and Fredericksburg is a quick 3 hour drive for us; so we visit as often as possible. If you see a weekend that is not available shoot us a quick message and we will see if its a weekend we reserved for ourselves or if we actually have guest coming. If we are there we might be able to switch our dates to another weekend, but we can't change a guest reservation.

We limit our guest to 8 because we don't want them to feel crowded within the house. We want everyone to have a bed! We keep the house very clean & there is always ample towels in each bath for guest. The house is close to market central (only 1.1 miles) but nestled in a family oriented neighborhood... quiet mornings and peaceful evenings. Are you an early riser and like to take a morning walk or run? Our neighborhood has extremely wide tree shaded streets and make it perfect for walking or running.
