It's got personality

We arrived in our rental car and had access to parking. We loved how the place was decorated although we were nervous about the steep stairs, a consideration when booking if you have limited mobility.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. There are some spiral stairs going up to the bedroom. These are quite steep and people with mobility problems will find these difficult. Great location. Very close to the beach and town centre. Hosts are very responsive to messages. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maisonnette confortable et décorée avec beaucoup de charme. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Hôtes réactifs aux sollicitations et disponibles si besoin.Temps maussade en ce mois d'octobre, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jardin, entretenu et aménagé. La maison est proche plage et proche du centre ville (marché, boutiques, commerces,restaurants accessibles à pied). Emplacement au top, au calme.

Maisonnette très bien placée, commerces à proximité et proche de la mer. Tous les sites historiques sont à moins d'une heure. Très belle chambre lumineuse, la pièce principale est un peu petite mais conforme à l'annonce. Joli séjour sous un beau soleil. Merci à Simon qui nous a accueilli et à Clémentine pour l'envoi du t-shirt oublié :)

Un vrai coup de cœur pour cette charmante petite maison

Entre contexte de santé et touristique, mon mari et moi-même avons séjourné avec bonheur chez Simon et Clémentine qui nous ont accueillis avec une gentillesse, une disponibilité, une écoute dont nous leur sommes très reconnaissants… Les crêpes fines aux saveurs bretonnes de Clémentine nous attendaient au réfrigérateur ! Tout dans la maison était très propre, confortable, très esthétique et pensé de manière attentionnée dans le moindre détail pratique pour le locataire… Cette jolie propriété est très bien située , proche du bourg de Courseulles et de la plage, à 30 minutes de Caen … Nous avons un projet personnel et familial de retour prochain dans cette très jolie propriété et charmant jardin de Simon et de Clémentine…

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Clémentine et Simon .Le studio très bien décoré et équipé est de plein pied, ce qui permet de profiter du jardin, du barbecue et de la terrasse. Il est à deux pas du centre ville et tout près de la plage. Nous reviendrons certainement en famille car il y a possibilité de louer dans le même espace une maison de six couchages. Merci aussi aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et pour les délicieuses crèpes offertes par Clémentine.

Séjour super sympa dans cette location il faut y venir qu'à deux car petit mais très cosy jardin à partager avec l'autre location pas noté sur l'annonce mais a priori le propriétaire va rectifier très bonne accueil avec une assiette de crêpes très bonnes je vous conseille cette location
