Newly built house (May 2020). You'll love the real wood, marble tile floors, all glass shower enclosures and stainless steel appliances. Just to the South of DFW, Minutes to the stadiums (Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers and Soccer Stadium), Six Flags and several water parks, and between Dallas and Ft Worth. Full House with 4 sleeping rooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen and laundry. Wonderful location for families to stay together. GREAT LOCATION FOR 2026 WORLD CUP!!

Clean and Spacious

Property was perfect for me and my family. Just a few minutes from shopping stores yet very quiet. One room had three bunk beds which was perfect for my 3 girls! Host had check in and check out directions laid out. Will def stay here again when visiting Bishop TD Jakes church! It was right up the street!

Beautiful home. Didn't get to enjoy it long. There for family reunion. Plenty of room. Good location. Loved the idea if the college pantry. Donated! On bad thing, the sink and tub upstairs had a slow drainage, and backed up. Would recommend .

Graduation Celebration!

This was a wonderful place for my family as we celebrated a DBU doctoral graduation and took in a Rangers ballgame. This new house was in the middle of an older neighborhood, but worked well for us. My older parents stayed in the master bedroom and said the room and bed were perfect. My husband and I stayed in the Queen room. The bed not as comfortable as what we are used to, but it worked for our long weekend. Great hosts and wonderful stay!

Clean and roomy

Beautiful property. Plenty of room for 7-10 adults. Fridge and pantry had some snacks that you could purchase to help their daughter with college fund- neat idea. Location was great for us as we we’re going to Potters House church for a conference; but had to cross toll bridge for quickest route - FYI. Neighborhood was a little older but was quiet and we felt safe. Overall great stay.

Baseball Weekend

All-in-all the residence met the needs of our family as it was set up to have the kids upstairs and the adults downstairs. There was easy access to the property through the garage and the owners were very responsive to questions we had when we arrived. There needs to be some work on the couch as it did not stay connected and the quality of the linens/pillows but overall we were satisfied with our experience at this home.

Loved it, very accommodating, nice and clean!

Everything was great here, The pictures didn’t lie (lol). Very nice, clean and comfortable! The host was very nice and didn’t hesitate to help with any needs or concerns right away! I highly recommend if your staying in the Dallas or Surrounding areas, this home is in a convenient area and close to everything as well!!! We definitely enjoyed 😊

Worth The Stay

My family and I were visiting for a Dallas Cowboy game. The home was just as pictured on the VRBO site. We were very pleased with everything this home offered. The location is great! Very easy to access expressway and various restaurants. The host was excellent and very attentive and concerned about our stay. For anyone needing a beautiful home this is the place. My family and I will rent again.

NFR FINALS

We stayed in Grand Prairie because the rental property was exactly what we were looking for and was close to the National Rodeo Finals in Arlington. The house was spotless and well prepared for guests. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would do it again in a heart beat. Thanks to the owners for hosting and providing such an enjoyable atmosphere.

Great house, clean and nice

In town for a conference with my family, including my 5 kids and dog. Great place for the kids—plenty of beds, etc. Great park just down the street. Street is kinda busy, so I wouldn’t want them playing in the front, but backyard is fenced and safe for kids or dog. FYI—there is only a Keurig for coffee, which bummed us out as we don’t like or have supplies for pod coffee makers. Minor, minor personal preference issue, but wish we’d known to bring our French press or pour over. But otherwise no problems.
